Chapter-6:unexpected things

Haani's pov(point of view):

I was ready to go purchase but suddenly my partner came.he is a partner of me while we both were investigate all cases including theft,robbery,kidnapping,etc.because we are lawyers so handle different different cases daily,we were always tired of investigating cases.

Yesterday case I cant forget in my life.even I couldnt want to forget the case that was our judge itself confused to give the judgement.we are very eager to wait for judge statement but he was hearing the speech silently and could'nt speak anyting.this case was unexpected thing and unforgetable.

case was"child adorable".both of them came,that child mom and dad were present.child was standing inside the crime stand.That poor child seeing her mom and dad one more time and saw her grandma and grandpa.she is having innocent face and searched here and there.masha allah that girl was so cute.

I thought that girl was waited for someone so her head was turned here and there.she got scared of seeing all the peoples so I neared her girl and asked her name and she told her name"hamna"in low voice.I just held her child hand and said"dont scared of anything,nothing will happen.u just tell me did you like ur mom or dad,which person do you choose,which person you want to be with you"

The girl was seeing me all the time and didnt say anything and her face was frowned.so I just thougt scaring might be she didnt say anything.I just ask this later I thought.

I asked that child her age and she told"my age is 8"then I asked her which standard are you studying"and that cute child told"2nd std"I asked her which school and she told"I am studying in spring field high school"

Then some more minute I left the girl alone and sat on my place and keep watching that cute child.within few
minutes the case started and opposite team lawyer started the case.he walked near that child and started the conversation.

The opposite team lawyer name is hudaifa.hudaifa is strong and experienced lawyers he handled hundred more cases and so talented in asking questions and I was new to all this and was not experienced anything.but still I was tried to be a good lawyer.

How much he talented like that he confuse all in his questions all were blinked and not getting any answer to say.he was brilliant in asking question.

"You want to stay with whom"hudaifa asked to that child.

That girl was silently watched him and didnt say anything and continued searching someone again and again because her head was turning here and there.but I didnt understand anything why this girl was acting like this.

few minutes later he asked same ques to that girl and that girl stayed silent and again searching for someone.hudaifa said"u dont scared of anyone,you just say you want to stay with whom"?he questioned that girl.

"I can see your eyes you are searching for someone,are you waiting for someone"he asked.

"s,I am searching for my lovely mom"she answered and I was confused of hearing her answer so I said"beta your mom is here only"I pointed my finger toward her mom

Girl told"no,she is not my mom,my mom is not here and I was searching for her only".he asked"what about this mom and who is she?.

"I know that anuty but she is not my mom"girl said.I was confused what she is talking about.soon I saw someone arrived hurriedly and whispered"my child is going far away from me".that lady repeated this word again and again.I was confused of understanding what happened here and who is this lady I thinked of myself.

She walked near that girl and that girl came out of that stand and run toward that lady and hugged her tightly.I was tried to understand what happened here.

"who are you mam,why you came here"hudaifa asked that lady."I was a mother of this child.but not real mother"lady said.

"what do you mean to say"hudaifa asked that lady.

"I only literally grown her up.her mom and dad gave that child to me
and asked me to grown her up till she reached the particular age.after that I only grown that child but now her mom is saying you just give her to us we will take care of her like this"lady said.

"I wont give this child to anyone,she was my child"lady said.suddenly I heared her child real mom voice"I will take care of my child,you just give it to me"she said.

"I said to you to grown up my child because that time I am not having much more money to protect her,feed her,etcccc...so I just gave it to you to protect her till she reached her some what age"she said

"now you got enogh money to protect her"lady asked."no,now I didnt have much more money but I miss her so much.I cant wait till she reached the somewhat age"real mom said.

"no,that is not possible because we both were signed the agreement."lady said.

"what agreement"hudaifa asked.

"agreement was about that child.she said you just take care my child till I am having enough money to protect her.so we both agreed and signed in one agrement"lady said.

"I love hamna very much I dont want to give my child to anyone,if she left from me I will die"lady said.

"what?she is my child.do you understand that"real mom said.that lady and hamna's mom were exchanged their words and continesly speaking and finally our judge gave the sound to off the fight.soon they all stopped their speech.

I went near to hamna and asked"you want to stay with whom,your parents or this lady"but she didnt say anything and holding that lady hand.

"I want to stay with my aamina mom"girl said pointed his finger towards that lady.suddenly her mom shouted"how could you say like that I am only ur mom.you stay with me always not that lady"with that she stood up from her place and neared her child and tried to take off her child hand from that lady but hamna holds aamina mom hand tightly.

she tried to took off and finally she took her child hand from that lady.unexpectedly twist happened "no,we wouldnt allow you both to took the child along with you"this voice clinged my ear and this voice is different from previous one and somewhat old.I suddenly turned around to see who it was.

It was hamna's grandma and grandpa.why they said like this I said to myself because I cant understand the situation.today case was going so difficult I said to myself.I saw their faces in red colour because of angry.

"we want to take care of our daughters child please stay with us hamna"hamna's grandma said.

"why"I asked.

"because she is far away from us in childhood when she birth till one month we seen her after that our daughter took her child with her and gone away and adopt her to this lady and now only I seen my litle prince so we want to stay her with us"hamna's grandpa said.
