one - im still here

my eyes start to itch. my mouth is dry. i'm struggling to breathe. it's like my body has been frozen for years and i'm suddenly just thawing.

it's bright. the sun isn't out but the room still is light enough to hurt my eyes. i don't know where I am, or what happened. I don't know why I'm here. all I know is I feel empty. like something left.

i sit there in the blank room hugging my knees on a thin mattress. the door creaks, and a girl in an all white outfit walks in, smiling. "Daniel?" I look at her, my eyes watering when I realize what it is. it isn't a random girl. it's mia. and she's not even there.
