Namjoon looked at me with his puffy eyes. I sighed and hugged him tightly once again. "Namjoon," I whispered, "please don't blame yourself. It's not your fault, you tried and that's all that matters."
I heard his soft sobs as he buried his face in the crook of my neck.
———It's been an hour since I've heard about the whole incident. Everyone was gathered around the died out campfire for lunch. I sighed as my eyes were stuck on the grey ashes and black coals in the fire pit.
I shook myself out of my thoughts when I felt someone's elbow nudge me. I looked up to see Hoseok's concerned face. I faked a smile, "Hm?"
Hoseok sighed, "What's up with you? You haven't been yourself." The concerned looked in his eyes made me want to tell him but I knew I couldn't.
"I'm just a bit tired..." I lied and faked a smile once again.
At the corner of my eye I saw Namjoon looking at the ground as we all waiting for our food. I took a deep breathe before Hoseok handed me my food and I thanked him. I looked down at the plate and frowned, "Grilled fish? Again?" We had grilled fish for dinner the other night and let's just say it didn't do my stomach very well...
I put my plate to the side and asked if I could be excused. The teacher nodded so I quietly left the crowded area. I walked down to the water and sat on a fairly large rock.
I took off my flip flops and stuck my feet into the cold water. The tides were down and the sun was shining brightly. I looked down at the water and smiled to myself as I saw little hermit crabs running into a hole in a rock.
I took another deep breath, taking in the ocean air and aroma. It was so relaxing, it was like all my fears and worried disappeared for a quick second.
I suddenly heard a rattle behind me so I turned my head and by surprise I saw Namjoon. He was holding a caprisun as he kicked away the branch he stepped on with a slight pout upon his lips.
I giggled quietly as he made his way towards me. He say next to me on a rock. He looked at me and smiled as he placed the caprisun in my lap, "stay hydrated!" He cheered while he sipped his happily.
I smiled slightly and pokes the straw into mine. "So why'd you come? I know it wasn't just to give me a caprisun." I sipped my caprisun.
Namjoon chuckled softly, "I wanted to talk to you about something." He nervously fumbled with his thumbs.
I looked up at him, "what is it?"
He looked at me and shrugged, "it's about Hoseok..."
I sighed, "Did he do-"
Namjoon cut me off, "something's changed about him... he's just giving off these evil vibes and I don't like it."
I scoffed at Namjoon a words. I didn't think the cheerful happy Hoseok would do anything bad. But then I remembered all that things he said about Namjoon then what Namjoon has told me about Hoseok. I didn't know what to believe...
Namjoon let out a loud sigh, "I'm not trying to start anything, it's just I have an uneasy feeling..."
-Hoseok POV-
I saw Namjoon and Eun Ra talking by the shore. I decided to get closer and listen a bit. I didn't think of it as eaves dropping but more of researching.
The things they said really surprised me. I was surprised because Namjoon had something to say about me when he's the bad news... he has to come back and ruin me and Eun Ra's happiness. I shook my head slowly.
"Don't worry Namjoon. Bad vibes you feel? Bad vibes I will give." I smirked and walked off.
