Ch.3 [Battle Training Pt.1]

[The Next Day]

[Kusuko's POV]

Present Mic gave us four sentences and told us to find the mistake in one of them. Everyone was bored except a black-haired ponytail girl which seemed to want to answer every question.

'The relative conjunction is in the wrong place...Choice four!'

'Bored outta my skull...'

'Come on.'

'Ordinary.'

'Dull.'

A yawn was heard through the class.

'Boring.'

'So normal...'

"ALRIGHT, EVERYBODY! HANDS UP! SHOW ME SOME SPIRITS!"

I will be more annoyed if I heard another person talking.

[Lunch]

At lunchtime, I finished my meal faster than anyone by teleporting all of the food in my mouth. So I had the time to explore the school ground. Everyone was excited, I can decipher that from their thoughts. While I was as not excited and had to strongest urge to go home. The reason why I'm opposed to continuing lessons is because of the class after lunch.

[Class After Lunch]

This class is about Hero Training, this is something my peers would have gotten excited over, but I can practically feel my classmates oozing with immense joy and an extreme amount of good vibes. You must wonder why they are so overexcited with training. It's because this lesson is gonna be taught by the No.1 Hero, All Might, so everyone is going crazy.

"I HAVE COME THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" Whispers of thrills were exchanged as they eyed the figure of All Might walking inside the class excitedly.

So walking through the hallways with loud footsteps, opening the door very forcefully and yelling loudly is considered normal? I sort of regret not skipping school.

"It's All Might...!! Incredible. He's really gonna teach us...!!"

"That's his Silver Age costume...! He's drawn so differently than the rest of us. It gives me goosebumps..."

"Hero Basic Training! The class that'll put you through all sorts of special training to mold you into heroes." The hero said while posing dramatically.

"No time to dally. Today's activity is this!!! BATTLE TRAINING!" The teacher informed us while showing us a card that has 'BATTLE' written on it.

This revelation has brought very different reactions from my classmates. A certain little boy who can make explosions seemed too eager about this. Well, looks like 'Massacre of the Class 1-A' is gonna make it to the news by tomorrow morning.

Others, like Broccoli, seemed nervous and, after glancing at Explodo, his soul seemed to fly out of his mouth. He was sweating tremendously, trembling and looking pale.

"And for that, you need these!" After clicking something in his hand, some sort of shelves come out from the wall with cases, with numbers on them, placed on top of each rack.

"In accordance with the 'quirk registry' and the special forms request you filled out before being admitted costumes." Was he always this dramatic, he must had some drama lessons.
