Chapter 3

*Jack's P.O.V*

My first year at California State, I'm excited none the less. But I got extremely lucky for my dorm mate is my best friend, Jack.

I'm just excited to meet these college girls to be honest. I walk into the front doors and take it all in.

And me, being a procrastinator, I signed up for a night classes. Which gives me about 5 hours to get all moved in. I find my way to B hall and room number 216, and I walk in and Jack J is sitting on his bed.

"Hey man, how long have you been here?" I ask

Jack looks up from his phone

"About 10 minutes." He answers.

I quickly get un packed.

*Kate's P.O.V*

I find my dorm FINALLY. A hall room number #101. Easy enough. I walk in, and there is a girl sitting on a bed. She looks up, and I just awkwardly stand there with my luggage.

"Hi" I say and look at her.

"Hey, I'm Melissa" she smiles

Thank god she's nice. Because I am a bit too sassy for this right now.

I start unpacking my stuff.

"So don't take this rudely, but when you talk it doesn't sound like you're from Cali" she states

"Oh, yeah. Um I'm from Germany. " I say trying to hide my accent a little more

"Dude that's rad as hell man" she laughs

I tell her my story of how I got here.

"Let me introduce you to my friends. They're mostly guys. Because no drama" she says then laughs

And I totally agree. I finish un packing my stuff.

We head out the door.

*Jack's P.O.V*

We meet Sammy, and head to the food court, because were all hungry. And were gonna meet our friend Melissa. She said she has her new room mate for us to meet. So hopefully she's cool.

We see them come our way, and holy shit. This girl, she is cute as in size, but she has a beautiful face. Well that sounded supper soft, but it's true.

Mel tell us her name is Kate, and well all introduce ourselves. And I can see it in the boys eyes that they're thinking the same thing I am.

"And dude she's from Germany! She just got here this morning that sick right??" She exclaims

"Yeah, that's awesome actually! So how's Germany?" I ask to start conversation before the boys do.

*Kate P.O.V*

One of the Jack's I believe he is the G last name one. But I don't know.

I listen to his question

"It's good, rainy, and fair weather. " I answer smiling, at the thought of my mother country.

He smiles. He has a nice smile. Personally they're all attractive.

"Sooooooooo who's ready for lunch?" Melissa says breaking the silence.

I smile at her, and we head to the food court.

We head to a place called Chipotle. I have no clue what this place is.

I look at Melissa confused. And freak out when it's my turn to order.

"Uhhhhhh-" I get cut off by Jack G

"Okay, clearly you've never been here, so do you like chicken, rice, and vegetables?" He asks

I nod, even more confused.

"Okay she'll have the chicken, and vegetable burrito" he calmly says.

I smile and thank him. That was so weird.
