"She can sing!" Latvia cheered happily. "Kalda Hush can sing!"

"Shut up already!" Kalda groaned, her face as red as a rose. "Please, please, please stop saying that! It gets even more embarrassing the more that you yell it out loud!"

Latvia just laughed before he skipped off and out of Kalda's sight.

Kalda huffed, angry and upset.

"Me and my big mouth," she muttered to herself, crossing her arms.

Why did I have to sing? Kalda sighed, sitting by the fireplace.

The front door opened, and Kalda saw two women, well, one woman and a girl her age, walking into the foyer.

They were pretty, and Kalda instantly wanted to meet them.

"Hello," Kalda said with a smile, giving them a polite curtsie. "I'm Lady Kalda Hush, but you can just call me Lady Kalda. Is there anything that I can help you two lovely ladies with?"

The woman chuckled.

"Oh, you're so polite!" she grinned. "I'm Ukraine."

"I'm Belarus," the girl added. "Have you seen big brother Russia around?"

Kalda gasped a little, losing balance in her curtsie.

She quickly gained it back, though, hoping that the two guests didn't notice.

Oh, Kalda mentally groaned, Britain would have slapped me by now if he had witnessed this.

"U-uh, yeah!" Kalda stammered out. "He's here! Let me go get him for you."

Kalda turned around and instantly bumped into Russia.

"Oh," she blushed, looking up at him. "Hey."

"See you have already met sisters, da?" he asked with a grin.

"They're very beautiful," Kalda complimented with a smile. "I can see the family resemblance."

"Can you get me something to drink?" Belarus asked, looking at Kalda.

Belarus scares me! Kalda realized. I don't think that she likes me at all!

Kalda just nodded, running off to get her a cup of tea.

"Man, she scares me!" Kalda shuddered, closing the door behind her as she leaned against it.

"You met Belarus, I take it?" Lithuania laughed.

"Uh-huh," Kalda nodded in answer. "I think that she hates me, and I've known her for like...only two minutes."

"She was nice once," Latvia stated. "Until she decided that it would be a good idea for her to marry Russia. Which, you know, is pretty messed up."

"I thought that the period of siblings marrying each other was over a long time ago," Kalda pointed out.

"Tell that to her," Latvia said.

"Well," Kalda sighed, "she wanted something to drink, so I might as well do that before she hates me even more."

Kalda left and gave Belarus her tea, trying not to tremble in the girl's presence.

"Kalda, can you go somewhere else for a bit?" Russia asked her politely. "Sisters and I are going to catch up."

Kalda nodded, agreeing to his wish.
