~Y/n~

"He can't see my face right now but he's seen it before. He's been watching the village from the trees." I said. "That explains why you were holding his hands behind his back." Said Garroth. "Yeah. Sorry 'bout that." I apologized to Vylad. "It's fine." He said. "My question is, how did you get from being super weak yesterday to perfectly fine this morning?" He asked. "Well, first I suggest looking at her shoulder." Said Laurence. Vylad looked at the wound. "That was caused by a shadow knight's sword." Said Laurence.

"How?" Vylad asked. "A potion and magic amulet turned a little girl into a shadow knight temporarily." Garroth told him. "Anyway, she was weak because she got poisoned by it." Explained Laurence. "Then, shouldn't she be dead?" Vylad asked. "She should be but we met with Lady Irene yesterday and she healed her." Garroth replied. "Lady Irene? She's been dead for hundreds of years." Said Vylad. "No. She was just in her dimension. She came out to give Y/n a piece of her soul which got rid of the poison." Laurence said.

"Wow. To come out of her dimension just to help one person. Have you ever met Lady Irene before that?" Vylad asked me. "I can't remember. She had told me that she first and last saw me when I was young. Also, that cave was apparently where we first met." I replied. "Anyway, back to the possibly my older sister thing. Why have I never met you?" Vylad asked. "Because, she would be Zane's twin. You know the rule." Answered Garroth. "Our mother wouldn't but I know our father would." Said Vylad.

"Let's not talk about that." I suggested. "Okay then." Said Vylad. I then decided to just walk away to say good morning to some of the people in the village. Emmalyn told me that I need to go see her at some point today so she ask me some questions. Laurence ran up to me. "Hey Y/n, I wanted to ask you about that necklace." He said. "Hm? Oh! This necklace?" I asked as I took my crescent moon necklace from it's little hiding spot. "Yeah. It started glowing and floating yesterday when we got lost." He told me.

"Well, this necklace was given to me when I was young. It was given to me by..... Well, I can't really remember. But, evidence states that it was most likely Irene. Anyway, it was given to me for if I ever get lost or if I need help. In that case, I needed help. I'm not sure what the necklace can really do but I know it's quite powerful." I explained. "So, that might explain why that witch yesterday teleported to us when the necklace started glowing and thought we hurt you." Said Laurence.

"Hyria? She's my friend. It's probably because we were in her forest so she sensed the power of the necklace when it activated." I explained. "Fair enough. Hey, you're going to see Emmalyn right? I can take you to her if you want." Laurence offered. "I know where to-" He cut me off. "I know you know where to go but I can walk you there." He suggested. "Yeah sure. Thanks." I said and we walked to the library/Emmalyn's house. I knocked on the door. It took not even a second for the door to swing open.

"Y/n! You're here! Come on! Hurry up! You too. You saw Lady Irene." Said Emmalyn, looking to Laurence for that last part. "So, tell me everything about her." Emmalyn started by asking Laurence questions. "Well, she looked young. She did look like she was some kind of god or angel or something based off what she wore and stuff. She had e/c eyes and h/l h/c hair. She had a soft voice. And she seemed somewhat shy yet caring." Laurence told Emmalyn.

"Did she tell you anything about herself?" Emmalyn asked. "Well, she said that she had been staying in her dimension for the past hundreds of years. She also said that time passes slowly there." Laurence concluded. "Great! Now Y/n. Your turn." She said. "W-well... I can't really tell you much." I said nervously. "That's fine. Just tell me what you can. Tell stuff like what it's like to have a part of Lady Irene's soul. Something. Anything." She said. "Okay. Well, I don't feel any different except for the fact I don't feel weak from the poison anymore." I started.

Emmalyn's look was basically begging me to continue. "I am starting to remember a bit from when I knew her. Seeing her in my dream a couple nights ago must've had a delayed reaction but it triggered a few memories. Nice ones such as her and I playing in the forest. Talking in the cave. Her teaching me to read. Us picking flowers and making flower crowns. I remember she was nice. She was like a mother or older sister to me. She had to leave though one night when I was just 7 years old. That's when I started wandering the forest." I told.

"How did you forget someone who took care of you like that?" Emmalyn asked. "She wasn't also always there. She didn't come see me often. It's just, when she did, she was nice. When she left, she just told me that she would never come back." I concluded. "Wow. So.... SHE WAS IN THIS WORLD MULTIPLE TIMES AND I NEVER MET HER!!!!!" Emmalyn yelled. "Yes. If that's all you take away from my story then yes." I said. "No, no. I recorded our whole conversation here in this book." She said holding up a book.

"How- when did you- You know what, I don't even wanna know." I said. "Me and Laurence then snuck by Emmalyn and left. "That was um..... Interesting." I said, not knowing how else to word that sentence. "Yeah..... Anyway, looks like the sun is setting. I'm going to bed. Night." Said Laurence as he left. I did the same.
