Chapter Four

Bruce's POV
I sign a breath of relief after Thor told me he was gay. I feel so much better now. "So what do we do now?" I chuckle. "Do you want to go back to the house?" Thor says. "Sure" so we get back into the car and we go back to the house and when we get back we go out separate ways considering it's late and we have a long day tomorrow. So I lay in my bed and I just think. I've never come out to anyone. Why was it so easy to come out to Thor?
NEXT MORNING
Steve's POV
I go downstairs after I wake up and it turns out that I'm the first one awake. I mean I was asleep for about 100 years so sleep is nothing for me I'd rather be out in the world anyway. Nat is the next one to meet me downstairs. "Good Morning Steve," she says. "Morning Nat." After about an hour everyone else comes down. Clint makes us all breakfast and during breakfast we discuss our powers. "I'm a 100 year old virgin they say, I have a shield and I was basically an experiment." I say. Clint says, "I have a bow and arrow and I never miss." Nat says, "I'm a badass and a Russian spy." Tony says, "I'm rich and I'm amazing with technology." Thor says, " I'm the God of thunder." Finally Bruce says, "I'm a science experiment that turned into a monster and I turn green and I have super strength." "Now that we have all told each other about our powers how about we come up with a plan to get the tesseract from Loki," I say. Thor butts in saying, "well I know him the best but he'll use my weaknesses against me." We all nod our heads in agreement. I say, "Any volunteers for anyone who wants to go talk to Loki?" Natasha's hand goes up as well as Clint's. So Tony suggests that they go together and just keep their coms on so we can communicate with them. They both agree to go together so Tony hooks them up with the coms and I go with them in disguise as their driver. Tony stays hooked up next to the computers and Bruce and Thor take a microphone and a headset and they go upstairs.

Thor's POV

After our meeting with the others Bruce and I go upstairs while the others do their thing. We decided that it's not a good idea to have Bruce go out to find Loki because it wouldn't end well for Loki if Bruce turned into the Hulk and we decided not to send me because Loki is my brother and he would just continue to run and destroy. So Natasha and Clint were sent to go find Loki and Steve is driving them so Clint and Nat have backup. Tony stayed here to watch the background footage because they also have tiny cameras attached to them and to listen to what happens. Then if they find Loki that's when I come in, its not the best plan but it works. So while we wait for everyone to get into their spots. I see Bruce sitting in his room and he looks down so I walk over to his room and shut the door behind me and I sit on the bed next to him and I put my hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong Bruce?" I say. He says, "nothing really, I'm just thinking." I say, "What are you thinking about?" He says, "I'm just thinking about the monster I became and that I don't know if I can ever be loved again." I say, "That's not true, even though the Hulk isn't the happiest person, the brains behind Hulk is another sight for eyes." "Do you really mean that Thor?" Bruce says. I say, "I do mean that buddy." Then I gave him a hug. During our hug we got interrupted by our coms going crazy saying that Clint has been taken and Natasha can't find Clint or Loki. I said, "Bruce we have to go and Hulk is going to need to come out." Bruce said, "When do I ever get what I want?" We run downstairs and get into the jet with Tony and I notice that he's in his suit so I get into mine and I call Mjoir, then I feel a jump on the jet and I look next to me and I see that the Hulk has come out. We are at the place where Clint got taken and Hulk jumps out of the jet and smashes into the building, Iron Man flies down and finds Nat then Cap and I try to follow Hulk into the building and try not to get killed in the process. Cap gets ahead of Hulk and he screams "guys this way I found Clint," when we get to Cap it looks like Clint is trying to strangle Cap. I run up to him and remove Hawkeye's arms from Cap's neck. Nat looks Hawkeye in the eyes and she said, "guys he's brainwashed," Hulk charges at him and I follow him because I don't want him to hurt Clint. I catch up to Hulk thankfully and I put my hand on his shoulder and he calms down and I say, "hey buddy, lets let Cap Nat and Tony deal with Clint and let's go find Loki." Hulk nods his head and I let the others know that we are going to find Loki and they should try to calm down Clint. They all agree thankfully so Hulk and I try to go find Loki. About ten minutes later, Cap says that they subdued Clint and asks Bruce and I if we've seen Loki at all and our answer is no. I mean Hulk turned back into Bruce so that's a no. We all decide to meet where we left them earlier and they force Bruce to turn into the Hulk so he can carry Hulk and I can tell that Bruce looks tired but he does it anyway. Hooray the Hulk is back! *note the sarcasm. We go back to the car and jet and Cap decides to take him, Clint, Tony, and Nat in the van and Hulk and I will be going on the jet. Which is good because it gives Bruce time to calm down. He needs a night out I can tell so once we get back after we discuss what happened I'm taking Bruce out on a "date". Wait, did I just say that I'm going to take Bruce Banner out on a date? Yes I did, okay I really like him but I don't want him to know right now I feel like it would ruin things or he might not feel the same so I'm keeping my mouth shut. Anyway now that I'm done blabbering my mouth we get back to the house and thankfully Bruce is back to Bruce and he looks calmer.

After the meeting

Bruce's POV

We get back to the house and we have a little meeting about what happened then Thor said he needed to talk to me about something important. So we go in his room and he says that I didn't look okay earlier when we found Clint and he wants to know why so I broke down and told him

B: I haven't been the Hulk in some time and having him come out was hard for me

T: I understand that and we learned that the Hulk can be a good guy

B: The Hulk has always been evil that's why I was so hesitant to join this team.

T: trust me Bruce I get it. Being the God of Thunder isn't all that simple.

B: we can get through this together Thor. We'll find Loki and then see what happens after that.

T: promise

B: I promise Thor......
