Both boys looked at her, one in concern, and one like he expected something from her.
She drew closer to Matt, clinging to his shirt like it was a lifeline.
"Mello, you can see just as well as I can that this isn't healthy for her. She's no criminal, she's got nothing to hide, I'm taking her to a doctor, and if you want to stop me then you'd better have a damn great excuse why not." Matt stated, scooping the girls small body off the couch.
The blonde began to protest, before realizing he really had no good reason to protest, he wanted Y/n to remain in good health after all.
Clinging to Matt, the girl followed him into a large hospital, walking to the circulation desk, the redhead smiled at a nurse.
"Hi miss, I'm here with a Y/n L/n." The nurse perked up a bit at the name, "Of course, Mrs. Miller is ready to see you, right this way." The nurse motioned them to follow her. She let them to a room with cream colored walls, one white couch was pushed up against the wall, and in front of it sat a table with a light blue, one person chair with dark wooden legs on the opposite side of the the couch.
Matt guided the girl to the couch, sitting down next to her as the nurse left, promising the doctor would be in soon.
"Y/n, I can't do all there talking for you, you'll have to tell the doctor some things yourself, okay?" Matt whispered.
The girl stared at him with a heavy lidded gaze, nodding weakly. She leaned on his shoulder for only a moment before the door opened, and in walked a woman with bleach blonde hair and blue eyes, red painted her lips, and she wore a mostly black suit. Following her was a brunette woman in her mid twenties, who was smiling at the two.
The blonde waited near the door, as the brunette took a seat across from the two teenagers.
"Good afternoon, my name is Victoria Miller, how are you today?" She asked.
Realising Matt wouldn't speak for her, she opened her mouth. "...I- I'm... Fine.."
The woman nodded, "I see... How have things been at your current home?" She asked, silence greeted her.
A strange tension hung in the air, and so Victoria glanced to Matt. "How have things been at her current home?" She repeated.
The boy inhaled deeply, rolling his eyes.
He glanced to his companion in an apologetic manner, and then spoke, "This started a long time ago, a long time friend of ours had gotten really harsh on her... It never got physical, but he was almost mentally abusing her. When we moved here from England we were all a bunch of broke teenagers, but he was really stressed. One night she just stopped talking, and a month or so later she up and left. She's been with another friend working in a government agency for the past years. She wanted to try living in my apartment but our friend found out. Whenever she sees him she's nearly in tears, and all he does is push the limits, she's barely eaten, and rarely sleeps. It's not good for her."
The woman looked at the girl, surprised, her eyes scanned over the paperwork in her lap.
She scribbled down notes on her clipboard, before tearing off a piece of paper and handing it to Matt. "This is my phone number, if you need anything call any time. As far as her speech, have her whisper to you, and you can say things for her."
Matt smiled, and the girl gave a shaky thumbs up.
The the brunette woman left the room after a moment, and it took a few more for the odd duo to begin their departure.
The door closed, and the blonde woman stepped in front of the two.
"Mail Jeevas you are under arrested." She stated, retrieving a pair of handcuffs from her belt.
Before she could go any further, a soft voice stopped her.
"Halle, stop. He didn't kidnap me. I came willingly to see him."
