A/N: Hope you're enjoying the story so far! Sorry I haven't updated in awhile I've been busy with family and school stuff. Also for some reason the quotation marks did not want to transfer on to this chapter. I'll try to get that fix asap!

The next morning, Ye-Ji woke up with a killer headache. She could still feel their hands groping her and the cold look in their eyes as they tried to undress her. Recalling last nights event made her sigh. After the mysterious man left, she called the police and reported all three of them listing their names and the description of the man she had kicked in his manhood. She made sure not to tell the police about the man that had saved her, it was the least she could do for the man that saved her. They only ended up finding two of the men and had them locked them up in a jail cell where they were meant to be, to prevent them from harming another person again. Fear built up in her stomach knowing that he was still out there, watching her in the shadows to get their revenge.

Once she showered and dressed up, she went straight to work to pick up her things from yesterday and fill her boss in the whole situation. The door ringed as she opened the door. She made her way to Tori's office, she couldn't sleep much the whole night due to her nightmares. When she walked in her office, her eyes locked with Tori. Concern washed over Tori's face when she saw the dark circles in under her eyes and the bruise on her cheek. It was covered slightly with her foundation, but she saw through it immediately. She could read her easily. "What's wrong, Hun?" it was a simple question, but it was if all the stress and trauma got to her and she broke down crying. She was a mess, she was alone in this country with no one she could rely on. Tori rushed to her side and held her close, her arm wrapping her in a hug, comforting her. Tori was a nice person who cared for others that much Ye-Ji could tell.

"I-iiimm sorrryy, I left without telling anyone." She hiccupped, sobbing. She breathed in and out to steady her breathing before continuing. "I was ambushed on my way to take out the garbage by three men. They wouldn't let me back in and so I ran as fast as I could. I couldn't even scream for help; the music was too loud. So, I ran away and hid in an abandoned building once I knew I couldn't run for much longer. But they caught me and almost raped me" she stopped debating whether or not to tell her about the mysterious man. "I was saved by the police once they arrived at the scene after someone had called them reporting the sound of my screams. Unfortunately one of them got away. "She felt bad about lying to her about the man that saved her, but she had made a silent promise to him. Tori knew that the story sounded off but didn't question her about it. Ye-Ji had been through enough.

"I'm so sorry that happened to you, Hun. I didn't even realize that it happened. I saw your stuff still here, but I thought you had forgotten your things by mistake. I don't think I could live with myself if something more terrible could have happened to you, and it's all because I didn't provide you with the protection that you needed." Tori couldn't meet her gaze, dread coursed through Tori's body. She could see that Tori felt guilty about the whole situation.

"It's alright, you didn't know this could have happened on my first day. There should be ways to prevent this from happening again."

"You're right. I'll have Jung-Hyun be your bodyguard. He will keep you safe while they find the last man." Tori said. Ye-Ji felt her body turn cold.

"No, wait that's okay. He has his own duties to fulfill."

"No, I insist. This is partially my fault. He will be your bodyguard, and that's final. End of discussion." Ye-Ji knew she couldn't change this woman's mind. She wasn't the type of woman to back down. She sighed, nodding her head at her. Tori grinned mischievously, Ye-Ji felt that this woman had other reasons for putting her with Jung-Hyun.

"Thank you." Ye-Ji said politely. "You can take the day off today and get yourself checked out in the hospital for any injuries. I'll let Jung-Hyun know of the details. I'll see you at tomorrow at six." Tori said.
