Okay, listen up kiddos. This is important.
I know adults are gonna tell you to kill 'em with kindness, but if someone makes you feel low, real low— screw it.

Punch them.

Someone calls you fat and you don't like that?
Punch them.
Someone calls you skinny and you take offense?
Punch them.
Someone catcalls you and you can feel your insides burning with hate?
Punch them. (Not your insides, the person who catcalled you.)
Someone insults you with a racial slur?
Punch the ever-loving shit out of them.
Someone insults SOMEONE ELSE with a racial slur?
Punch them for the person who just got insulted. Leave a mark on their life that they'll remember.

Storytime with papa owly.

There's a girl (now I would usually say "kid" instead of "girl," but the fact that she's a girl is important in this story) in my grade, who we'll call.. Will, for the sake of privacy.
Anyway, so this kid Will just got out of swimming class, and realizes that— oh no, she left the clothes she was going to change into IN THE CAR. What does she do? She dries off her swimsuit as best as she can and goes into the parking lot to her parent's car. And on the way there, guess what happens?
Some idiot, probably drunk, calls out to her— and you can bet it wasn't a compliment, no matter what that man would say in his defense. I think it was something like "nice legs" or some shit like that, but it doesn't matter.
And what does Will do now?
She doesn't mope or yell (although yelling is always good) or complain—
She walks over and punches the guy, and then gets into her car and leaves.

Always remember how glorious that moment was for Will. Be more like her.
Punch the people who deserve it.

They're bigger than you? Punch and run.
Smaller? No worries!

I know this is pretty crappy advice and could potentially get you into a lot of trouble, so I would say stay away from punching people alone. If you're in a crowd or somewhere where other people can defend you as well, go for it. But, unless you've taken something like a year of Kung Fu or Tae Kwon Do (thats me) or Brazilian Ju Jitsu, avoid punching ADULTS in crowded places. Teens? Go for it. If YOU are a teen or a young adult, that is.
But listen. If someone insults you, no matter what religion or gender or sexuality or race you are, you don't deserve that nagging thought that partially agrees with your attacker. You are strong and beautiful and smart and you deserve to be treated like no less than royalty. Go out there and mess up the people who try to bring you down, and do it with a smile on your face.

Oh, and tell them I sent you, would you?
