Monogatari Osoru

This is Monogatari Osoru!
As you can see, he's not colored, but he's mostly pretty pale. He has brown hair. Brown eyes.. oh, and the two lines on his face are blue face paint. He calls it his "war paint."

Quirk: Storybook. If he reads the description of a character (mostly aloud) then he can summon that character.

Fun fact:Monogatari Osoru started off his first year at Shiketsu, then transferred to UA. This considerably helped him and his classmates during the provisional license exam, already knowing some of his opponent's quirks.  

Quirk Details: it's very hard for him to summon the same character for more than five minutes. He can only summon one at a time, unless that character is physically connected to another or connected mentally (like Floatsome and Jetsam/Ursula). If the character summoned has more than one appearance (like the Big Bad Wolf, who is portrayed many different times in many different was over the years), they glitch between forms/appearances, often taking on the most common one for the longest periods of time. This also gives Monogatari a headache, and makes his vision go white every time the character glitches. It's also hard for him to summon a character without speaking the description.

He's very childish, and also pretty short, but will kick your ass. Don't underestimate him. He's pretty rowdy, and likes upstaging people. He can't really be told what to do, even by teachers.
