It was hard to ignore him. He sat next to me and although he rarely spoke to me he always seem to have my full attention.
I could never resist the urge to look in his direction. He was always so concentrated; in another world even. It was adorable.
"That's really nice." He looked up at me and smiled. A small gesture that always made my heart race.
"Thanks." He whispered out. He finished his drawing off with his signature.
"Keep it." He slid the drawing over and smiled.
"Are you sure?" I reached over and our hands accidentally touched making my heart beat faster than ever.
"Yeah. I was just going to throw it away anyways. You wanna see the rest of my drawings?" His face gleamed with excitement.
I leaned in, silently showing my interest.
He took out a sketch book and every page had scribbles on them. They were breath taking.
"These are really good." I was mesmerised by his talent.
"Really? I think some aren't that good." He nervously scratched his neck.
We both looked up at each other and didn't speak. It felt as if time had stopped and we were the only ones there at that moment.
Austin didn't have to say anything to me. He already had me under his trance. I couldn't help it. He was different. Something about him drew me to him.
He was always on my mind and it was driving me insane. It was driving me insane that I'd never have the courage to ask this beautiful boy who could draw out.
