Harry took deep breaths as the crowd cheered for him to start the next song. He was never nervous on stage, especially after years of being in the exact position he was. Harry stood, glued to the spot, trying to drown out the screams as he closed his eyes in Manchester arena. This next song was two ghosts, a popular one from his first tour which he'd decided to put on the set list.

He thought back to writing this on the sofa in his and Louis' apartment, just after they'd almost broken up when the management had got so hard to deal with that they drifted.

Harry shook himself back into reality and turned to Mitch for a second to wipe his tears out of sight from the crowd but to also give him the thumbs up for starting the song.

The chord rotation started and Harry neared back to the microphone, clearing his throat as so not to cry. Despite that, tears dropped down anyway. Burning in their wake.

Harry started singing, putting more emotion into it than usual, knowing out there somewhere in England, Louis was alone, dying. Because of him...

The tears dropped faster and Harry heard his voice falter, fans closer to the front murmuring after noticing.

"It's not you and it's not me, tastes so sweet looks so real, sounds like something that we used to feel..."

Harry felt himself tense up in light happiness when he saw the arena light up in rainbow. His heart throbbed with love for each of the accepting and wonderful fans out there that had worked together in this fan project.

Each section had its own colour and his eyes scanned the crowd through red, yellow, orange, green....

He stopped.

Breath hitching in his throat.

The singing stopped too and the fans screamed louder than they've ever done, continuing the song for him without the music, because in the blue section of the rainbow was a bright light shone on one seat. On the big screen it zoomed in to show Louis' broken but smiling face. But Harry didn't need the screen to know it was Louis. The crowd rioted and yelled, still singing for Harry, they all were part of getting Louis here and not one fan wanted to let him down.

All the voices from the millions of fans sounded as the corner of Harry's lips tugged up into a smile. His heart raced in love.

He came back.

He came back for me.

"Hey," Harry said down the microphone, eyes not looking away from the glowing seat, "I love you."

The crowd screamed again and in that moment, Harry and Louis felt like the world had joined them back together.
