Chapter fifteen

The next day was the final test before my friends and I became full pledged Dauntless, but unfortunately for me it was going to be the most risky test I was going to take. All of the Dauntless leaders would be there, what if they found out I was divergent ?! What would they do to me if they found out ?! I guess Tobias knew I was nervous so as we all were waiting to hear our name be called Tobias stepped out and walked over to me "Look Leslie I know this is going to be hard but you have to try to do the fear landscape like everyone else." He whispered urgently glancing behind him and sighing as my name was called. Chuck came out shaking, the fear landscapes were shown on screen so we all knew why,Chuck had faced clowns,and sharks,and flesh eating girls and seven other creepy things. As I walked in my palms began sweating and my heart began racing as I let a dauntless girl inject me with the fear stimulation. It began with the Stacy dead one and I did the same only I made sure that I took longer,then it came to a new simulation one that made all the blood drain from my face,Sierra held me at gun point her brunette hair falling into her evil gleaming eyes. "Push one." She hissed,I turned and found I couldn't breath. Noah,Stacy,Tobias,Chuck,andSarah all stood on the edge of one of the tallest buildings in all the factions. "Push one Klutz !!" Sierra hissed again pushing the pistol harder into my temple. I first looked at Noah his shaggy blonde hair lifting up slightly by the soft breeze,his forgiving sea blue eyes looked at me sadly as he licked his lips, I couldn't push the boy I loved off a building that would be like pushing half of myself off the edge !! I moved on to beautiful Stacy, her blonde curls tucked behind her ears, her blue eyes shone with tears as she smiled sadly at me my best friend who always had a smile to cheer me up,I could never hurt her. As I moved on I felt my own tears slid down my face as I thought "There's no way out of this." Next was Tobias his serious steel face corrupted with flashes of worry,and concern,and fear. Tobias had become like a brother to me these last few weeks if I pushed him it would be like losing my family all over again, so I was about to move on when I whipped around and kicked Sierra in the gut and jumped "Divergents always find a way out." I thought smiling as the next simulation started, it was the fire one so I moved through it quickly but it still made me choke with pain. The fourth one was the newest, It began with Noah and I about to kiss when BAM, Noah slapped me hard across the face a disgusted look on his outraged face. At first I was angry but then an overwhelming sadness filled me "N-Noah don't you love me ?" I whispered feeling a stream of tears come out only my left eye as my right began to swell from the hard slap. "How could I ever love an orphan, a failure ?! You will always be unloved." He yelled in a cold voice that I've never heard him use. My chest hurt so badly I almost doubled over in pain. "No please don't say that !! I love you !!" I sobbed doubling over and crossing my arms over chest like my arms would protect me from his cold words. "Your a little unloved,clumsy,stupid orphan !!" Noah taunted narrowing his blue eyes at me in hate. "SHUT UP !!" I screamed sobbing,and falling to the ground covering my ears and rocking like a child. After what seemed like forever I felt a hand on my shoulder. "Leslie its over." Tobias whispered helping me up, the Dauntless leaders were clapping and cheering for some reason. I turned to Tobias raising my eyebrows at him. "Leslie only one other dauntless is history has had four fears and till today that was me, but Leslie you only had four, you almost finished faster than I did." He said trying to sound proud but he couldn't hide the fear in his voice,he was worried I was going to be discovered. "Very well done Miss. Adams ."Said the leader of the dauntless as I slowly walked out wiping away my tears, when I walked out silence fell, Stacy jumped up and started to run to me but Noah beat her. Noah smashed his lips against mine, I tasted salt as I realized that he had been crying. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back,we embraced and I clung to him scared to let go. We touched foreheads as he whispered fiercely "I will always love you,your perfect to me and I will never,never hurt you Leslie I want to spend the rest of my life with I, I love you more than you can imagine Leslie Adams." He kissed me again running his fingers through my black hair. "I love you too." I breathed and hugged him tightly embracing the sweet smell of roses that radiated off of him,the one thing that remained of his life in Amity. "Hey Noah can you share please !!" Stacy teased pushing him away and hugging me. "Dang Stac !!" Noah said smirking and pretending to stumble,I laughed as Chuck joined the hug. "Leslie you are amazing !!" Chuck cheered messing up my hair. "Thanks Chuck." I said smiling despite my worried feeling that was growing inside of me.

OH MY CATFISH GUYS ITS ALMOST OVER 😭😭😭after I publish that last chapter I will start working on the second book, IM REALLY SORRY !! Thats all I'm going to say about the next two chapters Im so very sorry about my evilness. So question who ships Noslie ?? (Leslie and Noah) comment your answers and opinions !!! ~Tori
