Chapter 7: #SATTEW, the date

He gets my and his penny board and pull out a basket from his car.

"Follow me" he says and starts to ride

I grab his hand and we ride together, first he takes me to go get ice cream which was soooo good. he takes me to some restaurant, I was prepared to go in but he stops me.

"That's not where we are going" he says and pulls me behind the building.

"Up here" and points to a ladder leading up to the top of the building. We both leave our penny boards hidden and climb the ladder. Once we get up there, there's already a blanket set up and he hand gestures to the blanket saying sit down. I take a spot and matt sits next to me.

"So this is our special date?" I say

"Yep do you like it?" He says hopefully.

"I love it." We goof around and eat PB and J's until we have eaten everything. The sun sets and it looks gorges. I lean on matts shoulder and he rests his head upon mine. We just lay there for a while, without words enjoying and living in this moment that I want to last forever. I realize it can't because the sun has set and stars are coming out. That came by quick. Matt and I lay down on the blanket and I rest my head on his chest and he holds me. He points out all the constellations that I've just now seen for the first time. I feel his eyes staring at me which makes me look up. He smiles which makes me smile.

"What?" I ask

"Can I say something?"

"Ya of course"

"Somewhere between the laughs, long talks, messing around, I fell in love with you summer. When I'm with you I act different, in a good way. I smile and laugh more, with you I can drop my fake smile and put on a real one. With you I feel safe and loved. I really like being around you, because with you I'm happy, and I'm different. And when you, YOU say my name it sounds so much better than anyone else says it. And I'll never forget the moment when I realized I was in love with you, at the hotel when we first properly meet, you caught my eye at the meet and greet I knew there was something about you. And truthfully I could talk about you all day and night and still have a million more things to say, but words become too meaningless and so I'll just leave it at your the most beautiful, wonderful, girl I've ever met, and I know we met like 2 or 3 weeks ago but your special an that's also why I've fallen so hard for you in so little time, and I truely can't imagine my life without you now that you've entered it and I never want you to leave." He says.
