Chapter 1

Mia's POV

"Mercedes come on, we can't be late" I said to my ridiculously slow daughter.

"Mommy, why are we always in a rush, I can't go any faster" she said

"I know honey, but if you don't hurry i'lll be late for work and you'll be late for daycare. Now get your shoes on and let's go"

I recheck myself in the mirror one more time before grabbing Mercedes and leaving out the door. I close and lock the door behind me. I use my keys to turn on the security system. Ever sense I had Mercedes, i've been very concerned about her safety.

"Get in your car seat and bulkle up, please"

I race to the driveres side and turned the car on.

"You have it on sweetie?" I questioned her.

"Yes mommy" She responded

I look in the mirror and double check myself, just to be proven she had it on. I speed my way out of the drive way, on my way to her daycare.

"Hey babe" Carla said when I walked into my office floor

"Hey, what's new" I asked putting my stuff on my desk

"Nothing much, except for that meeting you have with that really hot guy from the Green Bay excecutive company" She said with a wink.

"Ok, first you dont know that he's hot and second why is a guy from a business company, coming for a meeting again?"

"You didn't look at your schedule" She look bewildered

"Obviously not since I'm asking you" I shot at her

"He needs you too design his company's new logo" she said trying to hint something.

"Oh, thats it?" I asked

" You dont get it do you, the guy you're having a meeting with is Justin Bieber" She sounded excited

"Ok"

" MIA, Justin is like a fucking billionaire, do you know how much money you can get off of him and did I mention he's hot"

"Oh really, a rich baster. This meeting can go two ways, I can come out with a big investment on his design or i can get a big investment and a little extra if you know what I mean". I said with a wink.

"CARLA" we heard are boss scream

"Get the twins ready, I think he's here". She stated and walked out.

My phone starting ring on my desk. I rushed to go and get it

"Miss Kay's office, how may I help you"

"Good morning Miss Kay, your 10:00 appointment is here"

"Great send him in my office"

"No problem" She confirmed

Just then I heard a knock on my door

"COME IN" I yelled

I raised up from my desk to greet him, but as soon as I seen his face, I went pale and my hands stayed frozen at my side. He look up at me with the same shocked expression.

"Hello" I decided to start off first

"H..hi" he stuttered

"Please have a seat". I pointed to the chair in front of my desk.

He sat down quiet slowly as if he was going to fall off the chair.

"I was not expecting at all to see you here" He mentioned

"Like wise. Now let's get to your logo. What are your current ideas you have"? I went right into the meeting, with no intentions to sit here and take a walk down memory lane.

That was the most awkward meeting I have ever had since I have been working for this designing company. And to make matters worse, he kept staring at me as if I was his prey ready to eat. I mean god, I am good looking but damn no need to stare. I start packing my paper work when Jack and Carla come barging in.

"Hey, I heard you had to bring out the twins, how did it go" Jack said as if he had just came back from running a marathon

"Yea, well they weren't too excited and where have you to been all day?"

"I was at the printing machine, stupid employees keep breaking it or leaving it empty"

"Wow you really- " But then I was cut off bye Carla

"Would you two shut up about the printer already and tell me why the meeting went wrong, you bad a push up bra, what guy turns down puckered up boobs" she said seeming highly disappointed.

"Because..."

"Because what Mia, I picked out that bra myself, they never lose"

"Its not because the bra didn't work"

"Are you sure because might I say, your boobs lo-" I cut Jack off before he could finish

"It's not because of my boobs or the bra" I said

"Was it your breath?" Carla questioned

"Yea it could have been that, you breath is a little on edge" Jack added

"No" I sad, checking my breath

"Then what was it" Jack blurted out

" Justin's........ Justin's" I said nervously

" Come on spit it out Mia" Carla yelled

" Justin is Mercedes father"
