After a long drive to the skeleton's shop, named Sans's (who in the hell would name an entire store any themselves?), you walked in quietly and slowly. Not wanting to frighten any one inside, you bet it was his rush hour, older people and parents do tend to shop around the afternoon times.
You walked in, closing the door behind you. The little bell scared you once again, causing goosebumps to grow on your arms. This Sans character was a funny guy, but he was not a friend. You'll never be friends with a dirty monster like him, it's illegal to inter species marry them in the first place...
Marry... in the first place? What the hell are you thinking?! This skeleton is off limits!
Snoring awoke you from your little "fantasy if you even want to call it that." You looked down and behind the counter, the shop keeper skeleton was laying on the ground, passed out.
You looked around you, no other people were in the store. His snoring got even louder, you decided you needed to be as careful as possible in order to wake him up.
You slammed your hand down on the little bell, causing an awful ear shattering noise. Something that would effect everyone, well almost everyone. Sans still laid on the floor, sleeping away the day.
You turned to walk away, letting out a sigh. A small breath of air.
BAM
You turned around, seeing Sans holding his head, He must of hit it on the store's counter when walking up. He turned to you, still rubbing the top of his skull, "Don't be so loud, kid." He looked annoyed but you couldn't tell because of his ever lasting smile.
"I'm sorry, you were just...uh, resting? And you are the one who told me to come here..." You played with your fingers, looking down at the floor, you forgot how scary he seemed to be to the point you were afraid to look the monster in the eyes.
"Speaking of that, follow me." Sans winked at you, waving his finger around. He started to make his way into a room behind the counter. You of course followed, but were nervous when the room appeared to be dark. Should you turn back right now? The door slammed behind you.

"Human, you shouldn't have come here." His voice got deeper and deeper. Sans's right eye started shine a bright blue foggy light. It glowed to the point where the room lit up slightly. You could see the grimace on his face, "Are you ready?" He yelled out, throwing his hand up in the air, while the other was in his pocket.
You felt like a deer in the headlights. Your legs started to shake as you fell to ground, why couldn't you move? Did the creature from hell have you under some spell of his? Tears started to well up at the edges of your eyes, it stung.

Suddenly, the lights flickered back on.

"I got you a nice cream, but it melted on the way here when I was walking from the stands. Also some random dog came up and licked it a few times, it totally wasn't me, promise." He helped you up with his free hand, "It was a good prank right? I always pull shit like that on my younger bro."
"I didn't scare you too bad, did I?" Sans face turned stern as he raised an eyebrow.
You, still shaking, took his hand, "N-no." You tried to seem as tough as you could, but you were terrified.
"Ha, you really hate monsters don't you?" He shoved the Nice Cream cone into your hand, some of it dripped on to your hand. The texture sticky and cold, it made you cringe every so slightly.
You looked up at him, licking the mess off, "What? No?" You were shocked that he would say something like that to you, it hurt. Yeah, sure you disliked monsters, but hate is such a strong word.
Sans looked at you with a smile, "Yah sure, kiddo. By the way, that will be five thousand dollars." He gestured to your Nice Cream Cone, you honestly couldn't tell if he was joking of not.
"No way, this melted cone must be worth at least forty thousand." You said to him sarcastically.
"Oh really now? And do you have to money for it?" He raised a brow bone at you, his lips curling up into a smile. You started to stutter to the point he didn't even let you finish your sentence, "There are always other ways you could repay me," His eye flashed cyan again, but only for a split second.
You felt the blood rush to your cheeks, "Uhhh...I...?" You wanted to hit yourself in the face, why were you getting so blushy over nothing at all. No one person could make you lose control of your emotions like this. He's not a person, he's a fucking monster.
"Me and my bro are having an late lunch over at my place, since you are already out here you should come." Sans shoved his hands into his pocket.
"Monster food or regular food?' You forced a smile, obviously nervous as you raised an eyebrow at him.
"How about a mix? Just like those cookies you made?" Sans nudge you in arm, walking toward the counter area again.
You follow close behind him, your thoughts scattered. Cookies? You didn't tell him about the cookies, you just said that you needed eggs. Weird... you thought to yourself, slowing your pace.
Sans stopped right before the two of you ran out of the door. He held it wide open, "I'll see you soon, (Your Name). I need to close up for the afternoon, I'm bone tired. My house is just right over there. Papy should let you in right away." He pushed you out, "Scream if you need anything." He stuck his tongue out at you, playfully.
You shivered in the hot weather. That skeleton really puts you on edge. You absolutely don't remember him knowing your name or even you saying it once to him. You made your quick journey over to the house for a lunch "date" if you could even call it that.

Sans wanted to game end himself right then and there. He flipped the sign to "closed" on the door.
His body slid down the door's wooden and glass exterior, he put head into his hands.
"I can't do this again. If she dies or kills anything it will all be reset again." Sans choked on his tears, clawing at his own skull. "It's been the fourth time this week alone," He spoke more to himself, "I can't find away to get Chara out without killing her... at least she didn't try to fight against my prank earlier, usually if (Your Name) is already too far gone with the possession, she will try to kill me."
Sans's entire body started to glow the mysterious blue light, "I can still try to do this. The timeline isn't that fucked up yet."
The poor skeleton took a deep breath in and a deep breath out before he should up, walking out of the little convenience shop he owned. Sans lifted his hand up in the air to wave to you, standing at his front door.

"There you are lazybones." You smirked at him, "Your brother must be busy, I knocked a few times and he must not be here..."
Sans's skull had a blue hue of blush on it.
'There she is', he thought to himself, '...my (Your Name). Not Chara.'

Not yet anyways.
