Favorite villian. You know that really tough because of what happen and all that. You think that the fake shiro is a villian? Then maybe him? Nevermind you know what i will go with haggar. I know we all hate her in all, but the ending of season 8 made me hate her a little less, kinda. And i cant really think of anyone else
