Bakugou was still wondering how to approach Uraraka. He had never experienced this kind of feeling before. His stomach was twisting in knots, and his heart pounded so fast he thought it might burst through his chest. He sighed, feeling frustrated with himself. He didn't know what to say or how to start a conversation with her, so without another thought, he turned and walked away, the uncertainty weighing heavily on his mind.

Uraraka had just finished cleaning up when she caught sight of Bakugou leaving. She watched him go, her eyes dropping to the floor. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she whispered quietly to herself, "He doesn't like me the way I like him." The words stung, settling deep inside her chest like a quiet ache. With that thought lingering in her mind, she felt her heart break just a little and headed back to her dorm to get ready for the festival.

A few hours later, the festival was alive with color and music, lanterns casting a warm glow over the crisp autumn night. Uraraka met up with the girls near the stage, dressed in a delicate kimono painted in soft orange and pink hues that fluttered gently with each step. Midnight, resplendent in her own elegant kimono, took the stage and called on the Autumn Dancers, a group of young female heroes who performed traditional dances to celebrate the season. The crowd hushed, eyes turning toward the performers in anticipation.

Bakugou had been dragged to the festival by Kirishima, who was eager to enjoy the festivities despite Bakugou's clear reluctance. Bakugou didn't want to be there, scowling as he shuffled through the crowd. But when his gaze drifted toward the stage, it landed on Uraraka. The sight of her standing there in that beautiful kimono made his cheeks flush, an unfamiliar heat creeping across his face. Kirishima caught the look and chuckled quietly.

"What's so funny, Shitty Hair?" Bakugou snapped, turning sharply toward him.

"Nothing," Kirishima said with a grin, eyes still fixed on the stage as Mina performed gracefully.

Bakugou rolled his eyes and turned back to the stage, watching Uraraka move with effortless grace. Deciding to get closer, he resolved to speak to her as soon as the performance was over.

The dance went on for an hour, the music flowing softly as the Autumn Dancers twirled and moved in unison. When it finally ended, Uraraka slipped backstage to prepare for the next part of the evening. Bakugou was already there, leaning against the wall, waiting. Their eyes met, and for a moment neither spoke. Then Bakugou's voice broke the silence.

"Round face," he said quietly, his cheeks still faintly pink.

Uraraka's cheeks flushed deeper as she looked up at him, voice barely above a whisper. "Yes, Bakugou?"

Suddenly, Bakugou pushed her gently but firmly against the wall and kissed her. The shock of it made Uraraka's eyes widen, but she quickly melted into the kiss, her hands finding his face as the moment wrapped around them like a secret. Behind a nearby corner, Kirishima quietly pulled out his phone and snapped a picture before slipping away unnoticed.

Bakugou broke the kiss with a smirk, his eyes gleaming. "I like you. Want to go out?"

Uraraka's face burned bright red, a shy smile spreading across her lips. "I-I like you too. Yes."

Bakugou's smirk deepened, and he leaned in close. "Don't tell anyone, understand? But you're mine now." Without waiting for a reply, he turned and walked away.

Uraraka stood there, feeling like she was floating, heart pounding wildly. But then she heard Deku's voice calling nearby, and the moment slipped away. She followed the others back to the lantern-making table where Bakugou sat silently beside her. She worked on her lantern, still flushed and smiling quietly to herself.
