Chapstick

this is so soft! you've been warned!!

I was sitting on the counter in front of Shawn as he reached up to a cabinet above me to put the peanut butter away. Once he was done, I planted a soft peck on his lips.

"Thanks for helping me with the groceries bub," I smiled before hopping down from the counter.

"Hey, wait," Shawn gently stopped me in my tracks and lifted me back onto the counter.

"What?," I asked giggling as he placed his hands on my hips. Instead of answering, he just placed his lips on mine and my eyes fluttered shut. I put my arms around his neck. He finally pulled away and licked his lips.

"Did you get new chapstick?," he asks shyly.

"Yeah," I said with a giggle, finding it cute that he noticed.

He kissed my lips lightly again before pulling away and licking his lips again.

"I like it," he says in the same tone as before.  "I think I like this one better, the other one tasted weird."

"Well, I mean Carmex wasn't made to be eaten," I say with a giggle. He just laughed.

"Ok, but from now on, only buy this one," he states, connecting our lips gently.
I giggle into the kiss, which was more passionate this time. I place my hands around his neck and let my hands play with his curls. After a little while, I pull away and rest my forehead on his.

"I love you so much bub," I say, rubbing my nose against his. 

"I love you too."

this is i think the softest thing i've ever written and i'm very happy with that

also there was kinda a "touch noses, feeling your breath" faiy reference in there and that song is so soft so it ties together!
