I love the movie, but honestly, I think I love the musical better. The relationship between Emmett & Elle is given a lot more depth + context, the soundtrack is SO AMAZING, and Elle Woods never loses her style. I feel like something I didn't like in the movie was how much Elle changed - like, she started dressing more professionally, which I get, but I missed her signature pink. In the musical, Elle keeps her signature pink and acknowledges how important it is to grow but still keep what's important/makes you feel most like yourself. It's so good. Watch it. »
