Chapter 31: Last Stand

Y/N's POV

It is finally time for the finals. But they decided that I should fight as the representative of Beacon and my opponent will be Penny.

"Wait you are going to fight? I thought you aren't allowed?" Velvet ask.

"I thought so either, but I guess I can have some fun as well. Wish me luck." I stand up from my seat and teleported inside the battle field.

Many cheers can be heard from all the people and from my friends.

"Go Y/N!! You can do it!" They cheered and I smile.

I gave them a thumbs up and I draw my sword. Penny then comes out and smiled determine at me.

"Ready?"

I stand on a battle stance and prepared my attack.

"Go!"

Many swords then came out of Penny's back making me a little surprised but shook it off.

With the help of my speed, I dash towards her and was about to attack but she use her swords to block my path. I kept dodging her attacks by deflecting it with my sword, then out of no where, a sword was about to go directly at me but I barely managed to dodge it by teleporting back. Her swords were floating behind her as she gestures her arms in front causing it to move and was going to attack me again.

I summon two shadow alpha Beowolves to attack for me and sheath my sword, her swords end up stabbing them and got stuck taking this as my opportunity. I run towards her and kick her sending her back.

While she tries to dodge each of my attacks, she tries to remove her swords out of my shadows' body. She mange to get out three of them and is going towards me. I jump back and focus on my aura, I transferred some of them on my hands and feet. My shadows disappeared causing Penny to get her swords back.

She levitates them and started to circle them. A light started forming in the middle and a beam is released and is aimed at me. I teleported out of the way and charge at her. Every of my punches and kicks was blocked by her swords as she tries to find a way to hit me.

Then what I didn't expect is that she organized her swords in a vertical way and was about to go at me at the same time. I unsheath my sword and block them but it only push me back. I teleported behind Penny and kick her causing for her to loose balance.

I dash towards her and use my sword to hit her as she dodges them. She then knelt down and was about to kick me on the leg but I jump up and did a backflip.

She use her swords again to charge a beam at me again and I continue to dodge them. Through out the battle I started to feel strange.

My eyes widen as it is starting to happen again. I fall on my hands and knees panting and resisting the pain.

Every one watching became confused in why I was kneeling down for a minute. Ruby and the others became worried about me and tried to go towards me but the Atlas soldiers stop them because the match is still going.
