"You wouldn't take long, right?"

"No, just a few seconds."

Doug nods, looking around the wrecked stores and houses on the other side of the street. "Maybe there's a way to distract them and buy you some time."

The brunette let's out a hum, as her eyes scan the area around her aswell. She soon spots a brick not too far from the gate they were kneeling behind.

"Doug you want to get that door open?" She asks, her voice still just above a whisper.

"About that..." the man next to her starts, scrunching up his face a little.

"You've got the combo, right?" Beca asks, now raising her eyebrows at the man.

"No..."

"Wait... Did anyone EVER have it?"

"Look, there were a lot of those things trying to get in here..." Doug tries to explain, waving his hands through the air.

"And now we can't get back out onto the street!" She hisses through clenched teeth.

"We're also partly to some egregious fire code violations."

Beca just rolls her eyes before heading back inside again. The short brunette then remembers, finding a chocolate bar earlier and heads over to the redhead.

"Hey... it's not much, but here you go." She says and hands Chloe the chocolate bar.

"Thanks Bec..." Chloe let out as she looked up from the box she was currently sitting on.

"Of course." The brunette nodded with a soft smile. "You ready to head out?" She then adds, holding out her hand so she could pull the taller woman up onto her feet.

"You got it. You?"

"Yeah."

"Let's go then." She said in that optimistic tone she always seemed to use. With that said the two women headed out the back door of the drugstore.

About an hour later, the sun had already set and Chloe and Beca approached the motel Glenn seemed to be stuck in.

"Shit! Get down!" Beca then hisses, grabbing a hold of Chloe's shoulders and pulling her down behind a car. One of the Walker's had approached them silently. It probably hadn't seen either of them, yet only the thought of Chloe getting bit sent shivers down Beca's spine.

The two women then waited for the Walker to distance itself from them, before looking up behind the car.

"You see that?" The ginger then asks and nods towards a metal door that was swinging open and closed in small motions, sending a squeaking noise across the whole motel yard.

"Sure did." Beca replies, now standing on her feet again, giving Chloe a sign to aim her gun at the old door.

The door then swings open and Glenn sneaks out, a huge smile spreading across his face as he sees the familiar faces.

"Guys! Oh man, I'm glad you're here."

"Jesus, Glenn." The redhead huffs, lowering her gun as she watches the Asian man shut the door again.

The group of three then gets down behind the car again.

"That wasn't so hard..." Beca says matter of factly.

"Can we just get out of here before any of those things notice us?" The other woman asks, sounding a little impatient.

"Not yet, there's a survivor trapped up there." The man answers and points up to a door on the second floor of the motel. One walker was up against the door, throwing itself up against it, desperately trying to get inside.
