Arjun's POV:
Finally we all reached our home after a long journey. I saw Abhi ran inside the house and I shook my head grinning. Who can say that he is CBI's chief?? I know he is not over Riddhi fully but at least he is trying.
Abhilash: Finally!! Home Sweet Home.
I heard Abhi's shout and we all burst out laughing looking at each other. He is too much sometimes. Everyone entered the house and as soon as I was going to step in with Riya, Mom stood before us like a wall. Now what happened to her??
Anjali: Wait!! You both are not coming in.
She said looking at both of us sternly. What the hell is she talking about??
Arjun & Riya: WHAT!!
We both shouted together shocked. Why can't we enter in our own house??
Arjun: But mom what's the matter??
I asked looking at Mom tensed but she just shrugged as if its not a big deal. I looked at everyone raising my eyebrows and they all shook their head in a no indicating they have no idea what's going on.
Anjali: Just stay here.
She ordered and went inside the kitchen. What is she doing exactly?? And why are we standing in front of our door. Gosh!! Everything is just so irritating. Then she came out with a plate.
Riya: What are you doing Mom??
Riya asked as soon as Mom stood in front of us. She placed a small jar filled with rice in the doorway and then she started doing our aarti.
Anjali: Welcoming my daughter in law officially in her house after her marriage.
She said grinning and put the tika on our foreheads. I looked at Riya only to see her looking at Mom astonished. I smiled thinking about how our previous marriage was. This time everything is right. It felt real.
Anjali: Now come.
Mom said looking at both of us smiling. Riya nodded and kicked the jar slightly and entered the house putting her legs in the plate filled with red colored liquid thereby making the footprints in our house.
We all entered the temple room in the house and lit the diya. Finally we all came out in the living room and Mom went to kitchen along with girls to make tea for everyone.
As soon as we sat on the couch Sam's phone started ringing. I sighed knowing very well that it can be work only.
Sameer: Hello!!
He said in a strict voice. Then suddenly he tensed. I am sure there must be some new case.
Sameer: Yes sir!! We all are back.
He said sighing and sat on the couch. I looked at him curiously.
Sameer: Yes sir. We can.
He nodded as if the person on the other side can see him. I raised my eyebrows at him. What's going on??
Sameer: Okay sir. Jai Hind Sir.
He said and cut the call then looked at me tensed. Now what??
Arjun: What happened now??
