Think about life. Not just your life, but the life of everyone. Not just people. Animals, plants, anything, and everything alive. Think about it. Just for a minute. We have a beautiful planet, beautiful trees, beautiful oceans, and sea life; and we degrade it. We take all this beauty, all this blessing was given to us, and we treat it with such cruelty. We take advantage of it. We treat this planet like we have somewhere else to go after we completely destroy it. Well, news flash people..we don't. There isn't any second Earth to go to when we kill this one... Our oceans, we act like it's our trash can... We take all the plastics and toss it like its nothing. No second thought about it. Well, think of this. All that trash? It's killing our wildlife. It's killing our coral reefs. There are living things that NEED coral reefs to live! And we are destroying their homes, we are killing their species. How can you live knowing that you are to blame for it? How can you live knowing you CAN change it but choose not to? People are NOT the only thing living on this planet! Not only are we hurting the fish in the sea, but we are hurting ourselves. We are hurting the people who depend on fish to survive. Fish is the only way some people can get their protein. And we are harming not only the fish but our own people, our own brothers, and sisters. Even ourselves! When we are polluting the oceans with our garbage, we are poisoning the sea life. Then when people who consume sea life eat it, they can become really sick, some could even die from it. So not only are we destroying the wonderful life in our sea, we are hurting our own kind! People talk so much about humankind being the best, then show it! There have been wise people in my life who have taught me, action speaks louder than words, and oh how true that is! So let us prove that we are an amazing species. Save our planet's oceans, save the wonderful life in the sea. Before long we won't have the beautiful coral reefs, we won't have some of the beautiful fish in the sea we have now, they will die from the damages WE have caused. ONLY mankind can fix this issue. We push it off like its nothing. This IS a big deal! We have to start addressing it as the issue it is. We need to start a change, we need to fix the damages we have done! Anyone can do it. Anyone can be that difference. It might not be easy. It might take a while. But it CAN be done. We can save our sea life before its too late! Remember...The littlest actions sometimes have the biggest impact. We need to act fast before its too late. So be the change the world so desperately needs.
