The ocean is something I've been passionate about from a young age, I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and spent most of my time as a child on the beach.
Seeing the destruction that we have been causing to our ocean is something that kills me inside, our precious ocean, that watched me grow every day, is now slowly dying. Over 5 trillion pieces of plastic contaminate the world's oceans and seas, that's a lot of plastic, a lot of coral reefs dying and a lot of sea creatures at risk. It honestly scares me to think what would happen if our ocean dies. It is possible to change as of now, but it might be too late soon, its time to wake up.
