The Head Commissioner of police Dr.Senthilnathan cross examined me. I stood opposite to him with hands at my back and head low.

"What would have happen if you were by any of the public? Besides you just have made a news that would be trending in tv news for next whole week."

He grunted.

"Sir.." I started to speak for myself.

"Yes give me a valid reason Aathrava otherwise I have to proceed with the human rights commission for the accusation they put on you. For your information they have power to pull you down from your position of ACP."
Commissioner said and I gulped hearing that.

"Sir it was an serious issue. I had to do it otherwise criminals would have escaped.."
I again started to explain.

Commissioner said and Shiva gave me a glare to stop explaining MORE.

"Aatharva Vishwanathan you are suspended from your position of Assistant Commissioner of Police of Thoothkudi for a span of 3 weeks "

He said and the registerer started to type my suspension order. I am actually looking for that kind of power in future. No arguing with people. I want it. I have it.

I said. Shiva who was seated beside me was smiling liking an idiot.

"And that's why Aathrava I am assigning you a new case." The commissioner passed a red file. Before I could collect it he pulled back.

"Strictly confidential. This case is off the records" Commissioner said and gave a stiff nod before collecting the file.

"Just get yourself deep down in this one for three weeks and gather as much information as possible.."
Commissioner said and I smiled widely.

" Tell me the truth actually you both found a reason to fire me so as to put me on this case right?"
Both of them gave a look like they don't know what I am speaking about.

"You are dismissed Aatharva."
Commissioner said. I nodded and moved to the door dancing my way.

Before I could close the door all I could hear was
"You said you will not involve him in this case!"
It was shiva's voice.
