Hell's going on. Mina looked over at Jaiden who held himself quite well in the face of the people who had made his life a living butthole since forever—hence the whole contract thing. In a sense, maybe Mina should thank the DIM Trio for driving him nuts. If that weren't the case, he wouldn't have needed to hire a maid turned pretend fiancee and then even fall in love with her. Oh god—love. She was in love with Jaiden Daniels, one of the most eligible bachleors in the whole city! In a perfect world, this would be their happy ending—they would just change the pretend wedding into a real wedding and she'd be set for life. For life!

Mina sighed. Life would be bland without obstacles. Then again, Mina had never considered herself to be one to lead a colorful life. All she wanted was a stable career, a good family, and to be far away from her sister and mother.

"What do you think this is? A club? My house isn't open for your partying." Jaiden said as he crossed his arms. Aaron strode over to Jaiden and rested his hand on his cousin's shoulder, leaving his girlfriend Mai gawking and looking around the manse like a class-A hooligan.

"I still can't believe I'm in Jaiden Daniels' home! It's like a modern day Pemberly!" Mai grinned a goofy grin at Emi, who did nothing more than nod slightly, her brown eyes sternly planted on her sister. Mina could read Emi's mind. Emi was planning out Mina's eulogy in her head.

"Baby sister, I can't believe you didn't introduce me to your new friends sooner. But then again, you've always liked to keep secrets from me."

"Friends? Who says we're her friends?" Ivy rolled her eyes . Daphne smirked. "Oh yes we're best friends."

Madison waved her hands. "Come on girls, don't tease. Of course we're Mina's friends. Right Mina?" Madison walked over to Mina and wrapped an arm around Mina's waist, subtly pinching the side of Mina's hip. Mina winced but didn't make a sound or show more than a slight expression of pain on her face. The girls would be happy to see her shed a few tears. Instead of screaming, Mina maneuvered herself away from Madison to stand next to Danni.

"Save me Danni…" Mina whispered.

"Want to run away with me then?" Danni whispered back and rubbed the back of her head.

"What are you too whispering about?" Mai scratched her head. "I'm Mai Ito by the way. You're Emi's sister? You don't look like her much, but you're still cute." Mai reached out a hand for Mina and Danni to shake. Danni and Mina shook the enthusiastic Mai's hand half-heartedly.

"Will you two join us for tennis? And Jaiden… Jaiden too?" Mai bit her bottom lip and looked at her boyfriend's cousin with twinkling brown eyes.

"I don't know how to play tennis," Mina quickly answered.

"We'll teach you. Jaiden loves to play tennis. We can't have his lovely little fiancee not play tennis, right?" Aaron grinned and shook his head. "Come on, let's all go and play. And if you just listened to me about building a tennis court in your backyard, we wouldn't have to travel today!" Aaron patted Jaiden on the shoulder once more and Jaiden had to hold back his fists.

"We're going out today. Mina, Danni and me." Jaiden walked over to hold Mina's wrist in his hand and signaled with a nod at Danni to follow them.

"What are you so afraid of losing? Come on Jaiden. You and me, then we play partners. You're not scared are you? It's not like you haven't lost to me before." The cocky look on Aaron's face boiled Jaiden's blood. He released Mina's wrist and was about to punch the grin right off Aaron's face, along with some teeth when Mina stopped him in his tracks, forcing herself between the two boys. She shot a finger at Aaron's nose. "Bring it on Aaron. We'll beat you. Jaiden and me!"
