As I walked past the game room, I got that off feeling again. I do t think I can fully trust anyone behind those doors, they emanate shade. I decided to stop and listen in, I'd been kicked out so fast I wondered what they were talking about.

"As a child I once dragged home a coon killed on the roadside, and cut it open to look at its brain, and cook it's heart. That was the first time I smelt blood, and I've had an unquenchable thirst since. Kill the girl if you have to! She'll have no use if not to the boy, don't say anything, but he shall decide her future; a slave at his disposal, or our dinner next Easter." It was the woman, Rita I believe her name was, and I could tell she was talking about me and Lily...

"Here here!" Chanted the guys. Then I heard the scraping of chairs, and quickly dashed to the kitchen to cut up some apples and dish up peanut butter. Jude walked in as I was doing that.

"How're you holding up, you and lily having fun?" There was a sort of desperate sadness to his voice.

"Yeah, we're doing great, but where do you keep your red wine? I couldn't find it" I threw caution to the wind and asked. Jude didn't respond, but walked off, opened a closet I'd thought was for sheets, and pulled out a bottle.

"Here kid, help yourself." I smiled at him, and took the bottle.

Lily looked at me impatiently when I got back to my room. I locked the door behind me and set the food on the bookshelf, opening the wine as I returned to sit next to her.

"You found wine?"

"Yes, that's what took me so long." I took a swig from the bottle.

"I want some!"

"Come get it then!" I pooped a bunch into my mouth but didn't swallow.

"You wouldn't make me" but she crawled onto my lap none the less and as she was leaning down I swallowed. "No fair!" She squealed. I wrapped my hand around her waist.

"But now you can't get loose, have as much as you wish." I handed her the bottle. She drained nearly the rest, handing three wallows back to me. I downed it, and adjusted us so she was on her back and I was startling her.

I leaned down to kiss her, and traced down her jaw. I sucked and but down her neck, bringing the most amazing sounds from her.

About twenty minutes later, a knock sounded in the door.

"Lillian? Your father is leaving, but you're invited to stay with us for dinner. I brought you another bottle of red." It was Jude, I got off the bed and opened the door. He handed the bottle to me, and shut the door.

"Lillian?"

"Yes?"

"Catch!" I pretended to throw it at her, and she shrank into my pillows.

"Eee! I can't catch!"

"I didn't throw it, come have some though." I opened it and offered it to her. She chugged half the bottle at once, and handed it to me. I copied her, and the had to ask; "you're staying for dinner right?"

"Yes."

"Can I call you my girlfriend, or am I just a summer fling?"

"You're my boyfriend, and still will be come the school year."

"Ok, good. And Lillian?"

"Call me Lily, I like it better."

"I-I have something I sh-should tell you..." I said slowly, this is it, I'm about to blow it, even though I promised myself I'd be nothing but a boy here. "I-I'm trans." I looked her in the eyes, refusing to look away.

"I know, we just shaged and you aren't hard, so you're either gay or trans pre-operation, and I figured you aren't gay because you live in a household where that isn't shamed, so you would've told me. And not have slept with me."

"You do have a point, don't you."

"Yes, I'm always right. That's the first rule of dating a girl."

"Yes Beautiful." I smirked, "I'm sorry, you said to only call you Lily."

"You're allowed to call me by a compliment!"

"No, you said Lily, you prefer it. I'll never call you something else. You're doomed to Lily for life."

"No, call me beautiful!" Her voice got really high as she said 'no', I laughed. "And don't laugh at me!" She fake pouted like a kindergartener.

"Don't pout, your face may stay like that forever!" I shook my finger at her jokingly.

"Whatever dad!"

"Don't you sass me!" She roiled her eyes, and pulled me into a kiss.

Meetings continued in this sort of fashion every other day, and my feeling of unease grew with each. By the time school had started was taking T and had just moved onto the next step in my transition. I truly looked like a boy thanks to the surgery, my dads had funded to adjust the bones in my face.

About a week into school, Lily and I were getting home, and she went upstairs while I looked for Jude to tell him we were home. In looking for him, I passed the game room, aka the meeting room. The door had been left ajar and Paul and Max were having an argument.

"No, he is t dumb enough to do that, he's done nothing but agree with us. Let him live!" Mac sounded worked up.

"No, you can see it in his eyes, he may warn the boy if things don't go his way. We can't have him do that" they were fighting about Jude.

"But I love him, you cannot kill him simply because you don't like his eyes! I happen to like them a lot."

"I have no problems with your husbands eyes, rather the secrets he keeps behind them, what I fear he may spill..." Silence fell temporarily, and I went off to the kitchen to find Jude. I rather liked him, and I had to figure out how to warn him so he didn't die. Turning into the kitchen I found him peeling oranges.

"Hey Jude! Lily and I are back. Can I help with those?" I held out ,y hands, and he handed me an orange. I peeled it, and another before I knew how I wanted to go about this. "Jude, your book club.." He nodded, waiting for me to continue. "Do they do reenactments? Because I walked by this afternoon and Paul and Max were having an overdramatic argument about weather someone's husband who had agreeably pretty eyes should be killed. What book did you guys read?"

"We were reading an old drama from the romantic period written by some Shakespeare wannabe. And reenactments are our opinion of fun, so we do them quite often. Thanks for telling me what I missed!" Jude smiled at me, and threw away the orange peels, gathering up the fruit in a bowl and departing. He seemed not worried in the slightest, so I went up to join Lily in my room.

"What took you? I'm already half done with my homework."

"Sorry, I was helping Jude peel oranges. What did you get for problem five on Merly's sheet?" I'd spread my math and science homework over the remaining space on the bed.

"Five? Nineteen cubed is not equivalent to twelve squared. When you get to the biology papers let me know?"

"Mhm, sure." The afternoon went by nicely, we finished our homework for the weekend, and I read her a children's book written in Spanish, explaining whatever she didn't understand. I wished life could be this simple more often...

And with that folks, were five chapters in. I hope you've been enjoying it, and will be here next chapter when it comes out. Quick disclosure, it may not be for a while due to thanksgiving being tomorrow and my birthday camping trip the day after. Yes, its cold and wet where I'm at, but I really love going camping and this is probably my last chance until spring. So while I'm gone, feel free to comment what you think will happen, and where you think the story should go! Also, feedback is always welcome, whether it's I've misspelled a word, or written a sentence that doesn't quite make sense, feel free to let me know!

Happy thanksgiving, hope yours is great!
