Betty smiling getting ready it was her big day. A very big day Veronica zipped up her dress kissing her best friend on the check. Smiling hugging her from the mouth someone knocked. "Come in" Veronica shouted. Jughead walked in. "Juggie!" Betty shouted. He smiling looking at her up and down. "Betty Cooper... You are a diamond" he hugged her. She hugged him back "thank you for coming such a long way. I know you and Reggie don't get along well but it means everything to me" Betty smiled. "I know... I know" he said frowning. Veronica looked at him with this certain look of disapproval. "I'll see you," he said kissing her check walking out. Veronica followed him. He stopped sighing. "You have to get over her... She doesn't want you jughead. She's getting married. Doesn't that prove enough to you?!" Veronica shouted. Betty heard putting her ear against the door listening. "You know maybe if you hadn't been whispering in my ear the whole fucking high school life then maybe... Just fucking maybe I would have told her but no because he told me not to. It would ruin her being with me wasn't going to happy. So I settled... For someone, I didn't want... So you gonna sit here and ask yourself why you never got a chance. Because you're so controlling as a friend. And maybe if you weren't..." Jughead said stopping himself. "What?" Veronica shouted mad. "Nothing," he said walking away. She grabbed his arm turning him moving in close. "What jughead" she shouted louder. "Archie wouldn't be cheating on you!" He blurted the froze..."fuck!" jughead spat walking away to go let arch know what he did. Veronica stood there shocked. Betty walked out. "Is everything okay Vee?" She asked knowing it wasn't. "No... It's not... Archie cheats on me" Veronica whispered. "Ohh vee," Betty said walking to her. "I cheated on him to..." Veronica said. "Excuse me?" Betty asked. "I'm pretty sure mine is worst then what he did to me..." She said. "Why?" Betty asked. Veronica looked up at her with tears in her eyes. Them betty understood. She felt empty. "When..." She said with a voice crack. She looked down thinking. "It's been going on for a few months... Betty. We drank a little too much one day and he told me things I wanted to hear and then we talked about it the next day... And then it continued. I didn't mean for it to. It just keeps happening. I-" betty cut her off with "I don't care. Get out... You are not ruining this for me" betty spat. Veronica walked out crying betty promised she didn't cry. Her makeup was far too important.

And then it started

It was almost done and the whole time she looked at him and couldn't look at him anymore. She didn't want to. "Do you Elizabeth Cooper... Take Reggie mantel to be your husband to hold through sickness and health to love and to hold through good and bad..." The priest says. Betty started crying and everyone awed. Jughead and Archie looked at each other knowing damn well that wasn't a happy cry. Jughead got up and started walking on the side. "I love you... But you don't love me" she said slamming her flowers into his chest. "Veronica told me all about your drunk night that turned into you fling for months" betty spat. "I can't be with someone who can't be faithful... And we're not even married yet... And I don't think I can" she sniffed. "You all have been so welcoming and I love all of you. I don't have an issue with any of you... Enjoy the after party. All the money wasted anyways might as well enjoy it. " Betty said going down the aisle while everyone watched with jaw-dropping. Archie and jug head glanced at each other nodding. Jughead went through the pew jumping over a few people running down the middle isle going to her. Archie did too. They found her in the dressing room crying. They both walked in. "Who the fuck was a kidding... Forcing myself to marry him." She laughed a little. Archie walked to her hugging her. "I'm sorry about Veronica betty"Archie hugged her. She shrugged shifting. " I gotta go do something that's past due," he said leaving to find Veronica. "Get me the fuck out this dress" she begged. Jughead and he did. He smiled laughing at her. "You're crazy," he said. "I don't care. I'm free" she giggled back at him as the dressed dropped. She turned around hugging him right as he lifted her placing her one where else instead of the cycle of the wedding dress.  She smiled pulling away. Taking out the pins in her hair which held a nice tight bun. Her hair fell long. It was longer than before. All the way to her waist. He looked down blushing to embarrass. "You are a fucking diamond betty" he promised. Betty pushed herself on him kissing him. He pulled away quickly. "Betty... I don't want to be your rebound... You're hurt right now" Jughead said. "I'm fine..juggie. I need this... More than anything right now. I need you. This isn't something barley coming I've always wanted this.." Betty whispered. He leaned in kissing her again. He untied her corset and she helped him by undoing his suit.

Betty put on her rob. It was short and silk and the only thing she had left. She had to put her wedding dress underwear. She took off her ring. "What do you say jug. Endless nights in Paris.. To Italy... To LA. New York. A year worth round trips all over" she said holding out her hand. He looked at it smirking. Putting on his shirt. "Ditching a years worth of responsibilities... Sounds like a dream if your involved. " jughead said grabbing her hand pulling her. Kissing her deeply. She kissed him hard smiling big. She pulled him out the room as they ran. He picked her up like a princess going inside the car that said just got married. She came out with a marker crossing out married. She got back in the car giggling with jughead kissing him again and again. And for years she kissed him again and again.
