Author: I know. Yes, I'm deeply sorry. For those who didn't know the reason of my hiatus, it is because of me being swallowed by negative stuffs and yeah... I lost it. I'm currently trying to improve my writing style and I'm wishing those months of not updating and having a rollercoaster-emotion-ride will somehow show. I'm really, really, really sorry.
Kirino: *hugs Author* Glad you are finally okay
Shindou: We knew you have to take that break
Kazemaru: Even though you kept on updating other fanfictions though...
Endou: Oh shush Ichi! She needed that break!
Author: Thank you very much...now, let's start this chapter! Oh, one clarification. The last 13 chapters were the first arc of this story, we are now proceeding to the second arc. Enjoy!
Omniscient POV
It was troubling her for a while now. 3rd once again shifted from her fetal position, sitting up, then lays back to her bed. She really is disturbed by her thoughts. It is not like she remembered it all, but it doesn't mean she forgot everything too. Pain struck her head.
Remembering everything, as in everything, sucks.
"3rd?" she heard a mature voice from the other side of her bedroom door. "Yes?" she asked then sat up straight when Kazemaru entered her room.
"Why are you still awake, Kazemaru-san?" the younger servant asked. "I should be asking you that," the older one replied, leaning on the wall close to 3rd, his arms crossed in front of his chest.
"I'm quite bothered," 3rd admitted. She shouldn't say what she and 10th know but it wouldn't hurt to give others clues right?
It wouldn't hurt to give them a hint of themselves right?
In the end, all she managed to say was about the letter Beta gave her. They were interrupted when Endou called Kazemaru, the teal-haired male giving her an apologetic smile, bidding 'good night' then left.
"They are still the ones who ended up with each other anyways," 3rd smiled as she finally drifted off to sleep.
Talking to Kazemaru did a lot to calm her down.
*****
"I say we split-up to get this work done," 3rd is back to her commanding side. She is itching to find that 15th servant and to finally read the rest of Beta's letter. Oh, wait. She also needs that servant since 3rd knows he is hiding something that she must know.
Or he is someone he must know.
"Are you hearing yourself 3rd?" 10th asked her with crossed arms, "With what happened to Tenma, splitting-up wouldn't be the best option,"
They just earned a nod and a sigh from 3rd, signaling that she agrees with the decision and walked towards their first destination. Even though it was quite unusual for the pink-haired servant to let herself be defeated on different arguments, the other partners just kept quiet. But not for Shindou.
"What's wrong 3rd?" her master asked her. Oh nothing, I'm just quite confused on whether you want to call my name or not, she wanted to answer but instead shrugged him off with an 'I-don't-know-what-you're-talking-about' look on her face then continued walking.
"Shindou-senpai," Tenma called him. "I think...you should date her," the naïve boy said. "Eh?" a weird look perked up the older mage's face. "I say, you date her," the brunette smiled widely then pushed the mage towards his servant. "Oh, I think we should head the other way then, Kyousuke," Tenma said loudly, "See you then, senpai!" the brunette dragged his servant who was complaining.
