Omniscient POV
The uneasiness written on Endou's face gave it all away. He does know about space pockets in Earth, illusions, witches...God, he wished that it wasn't this early before she arrived.
"What is it Mamoru?" Kazemaru held the brunette's hand as Endou face his partner and sighed, "Guess I have no choice then," he squeezed the teal-haired male's hand softly. He stood up and faced 3rd and her master, "You said the witch is wearing a cloak and a red mask right?" the two of them just nodded, "And she uses shards as attacks..." Shindou added. Endou sighed, looking to Kazemaru then to his son.
"That's probably... Natsumi,"

The meeting ended—no, it was sort of postponed, when Kazemaru walked out and headed to the kitchen, to be followed by Endou. Fubuki looked at Gouenji as they excused themselves, following their friends. While 10th felt an urge to keep Tenma close to him. This is a real enemy now. She could show no mercy to his beloved master. While Shindou saw how 3rd gave out a confused look, like she was torn between two options. He knew immediately it was if they should continue searching for that 15th servant or make sure to defeat Natsumi before proceeding to their original plan.
The mage touched her shoulder as the servant looked at him with worry, confusion, and an unexplainable emotion of fear. Fear of what? The mage thought as 3rd touched his hand. "I'm fine, it's just that..."
"I can help you find the servant," Shindou smiled, "No. I think it will be better if... if we prioritize the witch first," she looked at him then to Tenma, "Wait, 3rd, we can—" he was cut off with another loud whisper-like thoughts "If we continue our mission with our lives in peril...but that 15th can win the war with that information...but..." 3rd stammered and rambled, muttering incoherent words. "3rd!" Shindou then yelled to get her attention, "We will get that witch and 15th, okay?"
The pink-haired servant inhaled and exhaled, "Okay,"
On the other hand, the adults were quiet. No one wanted to talk about it. Well, Endou did try to talk to Kazemaru but the other male shushed him and sat on the last chair on the counter, putting his head down. Fubuki went to Kazemaru's side but refused to talk. Gouenji touched Endou's shoulder, signaling him to stop talking for a while and the silence will sort things out. After a few minutes, Kazemaru looked at Endou.
"I thought everything is settled?" the male asked with eyes tearing up already. "Ichi, no, no, don't cry," Endou went to him and cupped his face, "Please don't," the brunette kissed the mage on the tip of his nose. "Why is it that we can't live normally?" the teal-haired male hugged the brunette. Fubuki looked at his partner, nodding at each other as they walked out of the kitchen, giving them their privacy. "I'm sorry, Ichirouta," Endou muttered again as he sat on the chair beside him, facing the teal-haired male and cupper his face. "She'll never ever lay a finger on anyone in this house," he added, his hands holding Kazemaru's shaking ones, "Okay?" the other male tried to calm down and gave his partner a soft smile, "Okay,".
Everything will be fine or so they thought.
*****
Kazemaru didn't know if being a light sleeper is a curse or a gift. Well, it is useful for attacks during nights but it causes him paranoia. And if he wakes up in the middle of the night, there's no way he can sleep again. The servant sighed and detangled himself from Endou. He shot the brunette a fond look before shutting the room's door quietly.
Since he couldn't sleep, he decided to roam around the house to detect if there are any danger present, but it seems like there's nothing to be worried about. Kazemaru decided to head back to their room and will try to get some sleep. It was a long day after all. With the revelations twisting and unbinding, it just exhausts him.
Then it was there. Too swift, too quick. Too abrupt.
He felt himself being swallowed into a very deep darkness he isn't familiar with. It feels cold, lifeless... red. Red. Kazemaru can feel red. Anger. He tried to escape the oblivion, but everything he did was futile.
"Ara, are you escaping?"
Kazemaru felt himself froze, his breath caught on his throat.
"I wonder," he heard the voice suddenly behind him.
"If you still remember me."
And just like that, Kazemaru felt himself swallowed up completely, without having any chance to scream, plead or even shout Endou's name.

Upon waking up, everyone quickly gathered. They felt the presence. A one-second presence that night. The impact made the household awake.
Especially Endou.
He knew it's Natsumi who kidnapped Kazemaru. Of all days or possibilities, why now? When he's happy with his family, contented with it. Kazemaru is happy. And he wonders why that witch needs to kidnap him.
"Endou," Gouenji called, "Kazemaru will be okay."
"You don't understand," Endou said, "He's in danger, Kaze needs help!"
"Otosan's right!" Tenma seconded, "Are we all going to sit here?!" he raged.
Shindou stood up, "No." he looked at 3rd. "I know this feels hard on the two of you, but I assure you, we'll get rid of that witch."
3rd nodded her head, "So, please, let's remain calm," says 3rd who finally sighed when the two of them sat down.
"So what now?" Fubuki asked. Shindou smiled, "Glad you asked."
A/N: I know everyone's angry for my promises that didn't even happen. This chapter is short and isn't enough, but I wish you guys liked it. I am deciding whether stop the story or continue it like this without any regular updates. The story is already planned out but I can't put it into words. I'm so sorry everyone. I'll try to create better chapters as an apology gift.
