I was facing a very big and scary looking man. His body was covered in tattoos and his light brown hair was brought into a messy bun.

His light grey eyes stared at me and his face held an emotion I could not quite decipher.

"You look awfully innocent to be in a place like this" The man said taking my arm and urging me to walk along with him.

I opened my mouth to respond to his comment but closed my mouth when I realised I had nothing to say.

He was right. What was an innocent girl like myself doing getting her self sold to strangers.

He continued dragging me off until we were in a parking lot full of very expensive cars.

"um.." I said trying to think of something to say.

He walked over to a sleek black car and opened the door, looking at me.

"Get in the car, doll"
He said simply, and I compiled getting into the passenger side of the car.

He got into the drivers side and started up the car.

"would you like to tell me about yourself"
He said pulling of onto the road.

"I um.. M-my name is Darcy"
He nodded.

"How old are you Darcy?"

"18"
I said softly and he responded with a hum.

The rest of the car ride silent, although I didn't mind.
I was so caught up in my daydreaming I hadn't even realised we were pulling up to a house, or what seemed to be.

The place we were pulling up to didn't look like any regular house. It was almost completely black and the front was decorated with big black tinted windows.
It was very beautiful.

"Come on, little lamb"
He said exciting the car. I followed, quickly getting out the car and running up to him.

"So you.. you bought me""
I said quietly. He had bought me and I really wanted to know why.
what would you buy a person for, surely he wasn't that lonely.

As we walked up to the large front doors of the house, He punched in a combination of numbers that were to fast for me to see and the door opened.

"Yes, I did buy you"
He said simply, as If it weren't weird to buy a person.

"why"
I followed behind him as he walked through the large house, making various twists and turns.

It was silent for a very long time so I assumed he wasn't going to answer my question.

He opened the door to a room then turned to me.

He walked inside the room, grabbing my arm and pulling me into the room too.

"This is your room. Get used to it because you'll spend alot of time here"
He said gruffly, in a deep voice.

I turned to him to speak but found myself speech less as I stared into his deep grey eyes that were swirling with emotion.

"Under any circumstances do not come out of this room unless you are told"
He said in a very harsh tone, not looking away from my eyes for one second as he spoke.

I nodded frantically, not liking the feeling of his piercing gaze directed at me.

"Use your words. I need to make sure you understand"

"Y-yes I understand"

"Good"
He said finally turning away from me and walking out of the room and leaving me by myself to think about the man just in front of me.

-

I did exactly as he told me, I never once came out of the room.

It got boring being confined in the same room for days and days but there's not much I could do about it.

I mean I could just sneak out of the room since it isn't locked but the fear of getting caught by the big scary man kept me chained inside.

If I had to stay in this room any longer I think I'll go crazy.

"Good Morning Darcy"
Molly said rolling a cart with my breakfast.

Molly was the only person I ever saw in all my time if being here.
She was the maid that tended to me.

She visited four times a day, always at the exact same time.
At 10 O'clock to bring my breakfast and have me freshen up, At 1 O'clock to bring me lunch, At 5 O'clock to bring me dinner, then at 10 O'clock to ready me for bed.

She was the only person I talked to and her humor and great personality kept me sane.

"Hi Molly"

She sat my tray of food on the bedside table and sat down on the couch next to me.

"How are you sweetheart?"

"As good as I can be"
My answer made her frown.

"I know being in this place can be hard"

"What happened to that man?"

"Oh Dimitri is here. He just.. He's a busy person"
I nodded and leaned into her.

"I wish I could leave this room"
She sighed and wrapped her arm around my shoulder, pulling me and allowing me to rest against her.

"I know darling"
