I was frozen, it's been a while since I've seen Alex. I gave him a smile and then he came walking up to me. damnit. "Hey Leilani! How have you been?" He asked giving me the sweet smiles I remember as kids. "Eh good I guess. How have you been?" I asked smiling. "I'm doing good. Thanks for asking." He said. I nodded. It was extremely awkward. Now I'm having mixed feelings about him. Dang it Leilani. "Uhm, ima go check out David is waiting for me." I said. "Oh, okay um, we should hang out sometime together again." He said. "Oh yeah totally! Uhh how about Friday? We can go to the amusement park at night." I said smiling. "Can't wait to see you!" He said. I said bye and walked away. shit. I reached the check out and paid for all the stuff. I left target and went back to the car. "Did you get me my gummy worms?!" David asked shooting up. I grabbed his gummy worms and chucked them at him. "Ow." He groaned and opened them. I giggled and got in. I began to pull out and then drove away. When we got home I decided to take a photo for Instagram. I went to lay down on the grass and have David take the photo.
