"It happened three years after we left. He left the house and left us a letter saying he'll gi back to Korea for you."
(Flashback, three years after Jungkook's family left Korea) (Jungkook's POV)
I don't like it here. I wanna go back home to Korea. If they don't wanna come with me, then fine I'll go by myself!
I packed all my important things including the gift I bought for Y/N in my back pack and silently went out the house without Eomma and Appa noticing.
I felt someone following me so I ran as fast as I could and didn't notice a red tinted car going through my way. I felt pain throughout my body and after that, everything went black.
(Eungkyung's POV)
"Hon, please wake Kookie up, tell him that breakfast is ready"
"Okay"
I patiently waited for my husband and son on the dining table until I heard my husband shouting
"Eungkyung! Jungkook is not in his room! I checked all the other rooms but he's not there either! I only saw this letter."
Eomma, Appa, Sorry if I left without permission. I really want to go back home and this isn't my home. I miss Y/N so much and I want to see her again. Sorry Eomma and Appa. Saranghaeyo. Love, Jungkook
"No! No! We need to find him. He doesn't know where to go!"
"I know let me get my phone so I can report this to the police"
"Me too"
Right after I opened my phone, it vibrated and there are a lot of missed calls from an unknown number but I thing it's important so I answered it. "Hello?"
"Hello? Is this Mrs. Jeon?"
"Yes, why?"
"Your son is in the hospital. He got hit by a car and he's in comma"
"Comma?" I was so shocked and I started crying "Okay, I'll go there now! Thanks for the information"
I called my husband and we immediately went to the hospital
-In the hospital-
I saw my son lying on the hospital bed, almost lifeless. It breaks my heart seeing him like this.
The door swung open and the doctor came in. "Ma'am, your son is fighting for his life. He needs to wake up within twenty-four hours." My heart is already broken on a thousand pieces but it brole more to a million pieces when I heard the doctor's words.
"And if he wakes up, he might forget some things"
After a few hours, we are lucky that Jungkook finally woke up. "Eomma, what happened?"
"Shhh.... Don't stress out. Just rest, okay? Eomma is just right here."
