"Eomma, why don't we just get a room in a hotel or an apartment? I don't wanna stay here, especially with that girl!"
"Jungkook! You're staying here whether you like it or not! You knkw that our new house is still under construction and an apartment is too expensive!"
I heard all their entire conversation and it breaks my heart into pieces. It hurtsthat for ten years, I waited for him, trying my best to be patient and this is what I get? But still, I'm trying to understand his condition. If all of our memories aren't coming back to him, I just hope that at least I'll have him as my best friend again.
-few hours later-
The doorbell suddenly rang so I went out to open the gate and see who's outsideand I saw a girl. I don't know who she is but I can tell that she's a American because of the physical attributes.
"Hi! Is Jungkook here?"
"Ummm... Yeah, but who are you?"
"My name is Claire, I'm his girlfriend!"
I don't knkw why hut I felt quite sad when I heard the word 'girlfriend' but I tried acting like I'm not offended.
"Okay then, follow me!" I said with a fake smile.
"Umm... Excuse me, but Jungkook your girlfriend is here."
"Claire! I missed you!" I saw Jungkook's wide smile with his bunny teeth. It's been so long since the last time I saw those.
"How did you enter the house?" Jungkook asked Claire "Your maid guided me here"
I can feel my blood boiling in annoyance. Am I really that ugly for everyone to think that I'm a maid? If only I can shout and tell these two annoying persons that I'm tge daughter of the owner of this house. I rolled my eyes and walked away.
I changed into a nice 'not looking like a maid' dress and and went to my mom
"Eomma, I'm going to the mall with Choonhei"
"Why don't you go with Jungkook and Claire so you guys can hang out with Choonhei?"
"No way! Choonhei os waiting for me and only me!"
"I already told them"
"But-"
"No more buts! Go there now!"
"Fine!" I turned around and secretly rolled my eyes. I went outside and saw Jungkook and Claire sweetly kissing each other "Oh, I guess I need to leave. Continue what you're doing guys!"
"Y/N! Your mom told us to go with you. You know that right?"
"No thanks, I can go by myself"
"But Y/N, don't you think it'll be a good start for a friendship?" said Claire
"Okay, fine"
The ride was so awkwardly quiet. I really wanna get out of here and meet Choonhei But the annoying Claire broke the silence and started a conversation.
"So Y/N, can you suggest us some dating spot?"
"Umm... Why are you asking me?"
"Because you live here and you know where to go"
"Well, yes I live here but I don't explore dating spots cause thet doesn't make any sense for me" I told her but I do know a nice place. It's where me and Jungkook used to hang out beforw. When he still remembers me.
"Oh, is it because you know that you'll never date someone?"
"It's because I know my priorities" I said sarcastically.
I saw Claire rolled her eyes and I smirked.
"Oh, I need to go now! Choonhei os waiting for me!"
"Who's that?" Jungkook asked
"You don't have to know"
