Juvia 水

It started with the words: "I'm leaving for good, the darkness is consuming me. Evil is everywhere and I can't help it. Don't follow me. I'm not Gray anymore."

Since then, the sky wouldn't stop crying.

Juvia wasn't obedient. Juvia wanted to follow Gray-sama. But how could she? Simple, Juvia joined another dark guild dedicated to E.N.D. that rivaled against Avatar. Of course, the main goal was to follow Gray-sama, but since he asked Juvia not to follow him, Juvia had to listen so Juvia went with another plan.

Juvia joined a dark guild called Pandora. Pandora, the girl who let the evils escape into the world. That was the guild Juvia joined.

Juvia was sad to leave her family, Fairy Tail. But without Gray-sama, it wasn't as lively. And no one seemed to question Gray-sama turning to the dark side!

Juvia was promised by a purple-haired mage, Indira, that she could destroy Avatar with them the next time. Juvia was so excited. Finally, Juvia thought, I get to see my Gray-sama!

Indira looked at Juvia's cold expression. "Juvia," she snapped, catching Juvia's attention.

Why did she sound so cold all of a sudden? "Yes? Is it something about Juvia?"

Indira sighed and looked at the rest of the four main members: Alexe, Urania, Kalio, and Scales. She then turned to Juvia. "Juvia, you sound... less intimidating when you talk in third person."

Juvia—I mean, I understood. "J-" I paused. "I see, I will stop talking like that."

Kalio chuckled slightly at the forced speech, her chestnut-brown hair decorated with glittering green leaves flowed every time she would move. "Good job, Juvia."

Urania scowled in the corner of the room, where you could only see her sparkling galaxy dress. "It's not like she accomplished anything great."

Scales smirked, sharpening his nails. "Not at all, but it's great for someone like her."

I frowned. Was he calling me stupid? Juvia isn't stupid, I thought and then frowned more. I mean, I am not stupid. This is going to take some getting used to.

Alexe looked at me with a soft gaze, his blonde hair ruffled from running his hand through it too much. "I think it's cute."

At first, he was fascinating. I wasn't stupid enough to think that he wasn't attractive, because he really was. Definitely the most powerful in the room; he could look at someone, analyze their powers and then copy it. But he always hit on me. And the only one who could be with Juvia is Gray-sama.

I sneered at him but said nothing. Team Pandora was a good team, as I could infer. We didn't balance each other out like the Element Four—but we had a great variety of powers. Alexe had Mimic powers, Indira was a flame mage, Urania had star magic, Kalio had earth magic, and Scales was a Poison God Slayer. Scales' power mainly came from his nails, which is why he tended to them all the time.

"To our first order of business," Indira said with a heavy sigh.

"Thank god," Scales drawled, stretching his legs out onto the table, "I've been waiting for this meeting to start for ages!"

"Anyway," Indira coughed. "We've located a spy sneaking around the HQ."

Urania raised a brow. "Did you catch him?"

"I caught him," Kalio boasted, flipping her hair over her shoulder, "you're welcome."

Indira had an exaggerated roll of her eyes. "He's in the jail cell, we're going over to finish him off right now."

Alexe had a glint in his eyes. Uh oh. "Why don't we let Juvia do it? So she could prove her worth?"

Urania and Scales grinned. "Perfect," they said in unison.

Only Indira and Kalio were unsure, but for different reasons.

"She'll probably chicken-out and fail." Indira huffed.

Kalio pouted and pulled me in a tight hug, stuffing my face in her cleavage. "Aw! Don't traumatize poor Juvia-chan!"

I tried to speak up, but my face was buried. It almost reminded me of Lucy or Erza. No Juvia, don't think of them.

I pulled away from Kalio and sat up straight, keeping all emotions locked in a box inside of me. "I will do it."

They all gaped at me, except for Alexe, who kept on smirking. I stood up and looked at Indira daringly, raising a brow.

Indira let out a scoff while looking at me with an amused and surprised look. "Very well."

She led me and the others to a jail cell, where there was a beaten-up figure huddling in the corner, his wrists bound by handcuffs. Kalio smirked. "He won't fight back, I drained away all his magic power."

I froze as the man turned to face me. Both of our faces were registered in shock. "No," I whispered to myself.

I felt nauseated and my head spun. I can't do this. I can't kill this man.

"J-Juvia? Please tell me that's not you... T-the Juvia I know wouldn't hurt a fly! Y-you're my f-friend, right?"

"Finish him off," Scales huffed.

"Tell him your name, tell him his name, and kill him," Alexe murmured in my ear.

I gulped down a shaky breath and faced the man, opening the jail cell. "My name is Juvia Lockser. Prepare to meet your end, Sting Eucliffe."

Screams of the devil echoed through the jail cell, pain laced in his cries.

That day I learned that a Water Lock, used the right way, could end someone's life.

Gray 氷

Everything was so shitty. I had to convince the scum I betrayed to let me in again. After some bargaining, it worked.

Apparently, some dumbass dark guild, Pandora or something, is our rival. So I can't accomplish my mission without taking them down. Great.

Briar glared at me as she stood up to talk. I wasn't bothered, it was quite common and I knew they still had no trust in me. "We have found out all the members in Pandora."

Mary clapped her hands. "Yay! Let's kill them!"

Goumon, Arlock, Jerome, Abel, and D-6 listened intently with serious faces.

Briar held up her list and cleared her throat. "Scales Malter, Indira Mason, Kalio Yamira, Alexe Halifax, Urania Aldaine, and Juvia Lockser."

I coughed loudly and rubbed my eyes. "W-wait, who exactly was the last one?"

"Juvia Lockser," Briar repeated, "wasn't she your former comrade?"

I felt hurt, guilty, almost betrayed. "Yeah," I replied bitterly, "she was."

The question is, what went wrong?
