Kate gave birth early a day after the baby shower of the young parents. John and Kate are soon to be married in a couple months. The family is happy until kat's water break.
They arrived at the hospital with a screaming and in pain Kat "We need a doctor" Said a panicking Dean. Three Doctors came to bring the young teen who's in the wheel chair to the room "Who's the father?" The doctor asked. Dean raised his hand "Then come with me, sir. The rest can wait in the waiting room". John, Kate, Sam, and Gabe were waiting in the waiting room.
"Where's Cas, Babe?" Sam looked at his boyfriend
"Oh, He's with Aaron. He leaves today so Cas is spending a bit time with him" Sam nodded as a response "Is he happy with him?"
"Kinda. I mean Cas tells me that how Aaron isn't Dean and how Dean should be the one making him happy" Gabe rolled his eyes.
John and Kate were handling a crying Adam "So Sam, Honey since you love being big brother as much as dean does how you gunna feel when you become an uncle?" Kate gave a now sleeping Adam to John nd Sat next to Sam
"I dunno. Feel the same probably." He shrugged "But i know i'ma love my niece the same as Adam" Kate smiled and sat back down next to John.
August 30th 2:30 Am
Everyone were passed out except John and Kate dealing with Adam crying for the third time.
Kat has been in the delivery room for at least two hours now. Ten minutes later kat was already pushing a baby out of her.
"Kat you need to push harder" The doctor looked up at her
Kat was screaming her lungs her "C'mon baby, you can do it" Dean was rubbing her sweaty head and holding her hand at the same time. He didn't care if his girlfriend was crushing his hand, he just care about was kat pushing their baby out.
Kat has her elbows on the bed, head leaned back plsu gripping the sheets with her knuckles turning white "One more big push Kat" She screamed on top of her lungs & gave another push.
The sound of the baby's cry gave both the young parents a smile relief "Congratulations you too, She's beautiful." The doctor gave the baby to the couple
When the young Macloed had her daughter in her arms she was balling her eyes out Dean sat down next to his girls giving both of them on the head "Go get the others" She whispered. Dean nodded and went to the waiting room.
He noticed that Sam and Gabe were passed out with their mouth slightly open. he chuckled. he was surprised to see Mikey,Lucifer and kat's parents here too. John was the one who stood up first
"What happened Son?' He asked worriedly. Lucifer and Micheal woke up the two boys who got up immediately.
"I'm a dad" he grinned big ad everyone started crying plus screaming.
Everyone saw a Kat holding a baby. The older brother sat down next to her "They just finished bathing her" She whispered to Dean. "Do we have a name for the beautiful girl?' The doctor asked.
The parents nodded "Ella Paris Winchester" Dean said. "Pretty name" Doctor Riley said.
"Hey sis, you look like you just died" Lucifer sat down next to his step sister "Jessh, Thanks you always know how to cheer me up" She rolled her eyes "She does look like you Dean" Micheal explained "her green eyes she got from you and hair. But she does have her mother's lips,ears, and nose"
Everyone in the room chuckled. they got around kat for a group picture.

Dean and Cas are now together. Cas still doesn't know about everything. He is curious because he's always going to dean's house and there's always a door that's always locked, Althought Cas is curious Dean is always explaining which means "Lying" that is a random room no one goes too.
Dean and Kat broke up months before their second year of dating. The boys were now 15 years old and juniors. The boys were cuddling after a good rough sex.
"So babe" Cas looked up at his boyfriend he was totally out of breath from dean fucking him rough.

"Oh yea , I know i'm going to be sore the next moring" He gave his boyfriend soon they both fell asleep in each other's arm.
