I kinda made Yoongi spend the day with Mi-lin, Jimin, and Jungkook so that I could get his Christmas gift set up as a surprise.   He knew it was coming, but he had no idea what it was and he had been bugging me all morning before I went to work to either let him stay to see it right away or to tell him...both to which I said no.   I had just finished getting it placed with the team of deliver men who had brought it...as it was way to heavy and complicated for me to set up by myself.  I put it in the living room and stood there as I looked at it with pride.  I knew that I had made a good choice, now all that was left was to surprise Yoongi.  Christmas was next week, but this was worth it to get it earlier.  I hurried to my room and changed out of my work clothes into a black blouse and dark grey skinny jeans before I texted Mi-lin that she could send Yoongi back home...which was a pretty short walk away as Mi-lin lived above her music shop.   I scurried back to the living room as I waited excitedly for him to come home.  He wouldn't be able to see it right away when he walked in so I decided to go wait for him by the door to add to the surprise.  I just got to the door as he was opening it.  He looked at me to see the wide excited smile on my face.

"Put this on."  I said eagerly as I handed his a black strip of cloth.  He took it in both hands and looked down at it.

"Is this a blindfold?"  he asked with a slight smirk.  I rolled my eyes at him.

"Yes, now hurry and put it on!"  I urged.  He chuckled as he wrapped it over his eyes and I reached over and tied it behind his head.

"Can you see anything?"  I asked waving my hand in front of his blindfolded face.

    "Not a thing."  he replied.

"Good."  I stated matter-of-factly as I gently took his hand.  I carefully led him out into the living room.   I reached up and slowly untied his blindfold and took it away from his face.  He blinked for a moment before he stared at the object infront of him in awe.  It was a beautiful white grand piano.  He stared at it in awe as he was frozen.  I looked at him nervously as he wasn't saying...or doing anything.

"Do you like it?"  I asked nervously as I bit my bottom lip anxious for his response.  He turned towards me and suddenly pulled my to himself and hugged me tight against him.

"I love it."  he whispered lowly to me.  I couldn't help but feel like the smile on my face would break it I was so happy.

"Is it really mine?"  he asked in disbelief.  I nodded with a laugh as I back away from him, still holding his hands.

"Yes, its already tuned and everything.  This way you can practice and compose here at home since I know its kind of hard to do at       Mi-lin's without interruption and I thought that since you've been really getting into your writing and music you might want something of your own to work with."  I explained.  A large gummy smile grew on his face.

"I don't know what I did to deserve you, but I'm glad."  he grinned.

"Go try it out."  I encouraged motioning towards the piano.  Yoongi didn't need to be told twice.  He walked over to the piano and ran his fingers gingerly along the white polished surface before finally sitting down and removing the cover from the keys to reveal the glistening ivory and ebony underneath.  He ran his fingers over the keys before taking a deep breath and pressed down.  I stood there in awe as I listened to him play, I didn't know what he was playing, but it sounded beautiful and I could tell it was one of his own as I had heard bits of it before when he would play at Mi-lin's.  I walked over and sat in one of the chairs in the living room to listen to Yoongi play. It was like he was in a trance and it was beautiful to watch.  The way his fingers moved across the keys was mesmerizing.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't notice that he had stopped playing until he was standing right infront of me.  I looked up at him.   He took my hand and led me over to the piano bench and beckoned me to sit.  I sat next to him, slightly confused.

    "Play with me."  he said.

"How do you know if I can even read music, let alone play the piano?"  I posed.  He chuckled.

"Mi-lin told me that you played the piano and percussion in middle and high school."  he replied with a grin.  I let out a huff.

"Of course she did."  I chuckled.   I took a deep breath as I looked at the keys.

"Its been awhile since I've played with someone else before."  I trailed.

"We can play whatever you want."  he encouraged.  I thought for a moment and nodded. I began to play Heart and Soul since it was a widely known duet song.  Yoongi easily followed in step right away in playing along.

I could help but smile as we played the piano together. Once the song was finished I looked over at him with a smile still on my face. He looked over at me for a moment before his hands reached up and grabbed the back of my neck, gently pulling me forward until his lips met mine.  My eyes fluttered close as we kissed on the piano bench, it was slow and it was gentle...but it was passionate.  He wasn't doing it for any other reason other than for how happy we both were in this moment.  Little did we know...that all of that was going to change...
