I have been avoiding him for the better part of the week and this even was the date with David and to tell the truth I was wondering what the hell I got my self in. one : I haven't been on I date since mary gave birth to Jesús and two: who was I kidding am barking up the wrong tree here. I mean this guy was a millionaire if not a billionaire, what was he doing going out with someone like me. Shit now am more nervous, why was he going out with me.

Its now 5:12 pm and I decide that I would go and take a cold shower to clear my damn head. In have spent the better part of the day with the girls, mostly teaching Ailey how to ride her bike. The girl have been extremely happy for a while and I couldn't help but feel like it was a small win for me. I haven't been seemly doing anything right for a while now and this big fuck up of a marriage at lease they were getting some remnant of happiness out of it. By the-

My thought was cut off when a knock came from the door. Who the hell was that I was already in the bathroom and I dread opening the door to find him 'Alex' standing there I couldn't deal with that now to be honest.

I quickly grab myself a towel and wrapped it around my already naked body. I walked into the bed room and slowed my pace think how much I couldn't deal with this god for saking man now, I had to get ready for my date. As I open the door I saw Maria .

"What's up Mar is everything okay?" I breath letting out the breath I was holding.

"yes everything is fine miss Beth, its just that you told me to remind you to pick up the new book for Anna when you went out later." She smile at me her usual pleasant way.

"oh thanks to be honest I totally forgot." I told her and she nodded then she turned and left.

I had totally forgotten about the book Anna ask me for a few day ago but this was good now if the date wasnt going well I could always have an excuse to leave early.

I took up the sun dress I was planning to wear it was nothing fancy and a small strip slipper to wear with it. I didn't really care for dressing up and I figure if a  guy didn't like me for who I was there was no way am going to over do it to please them. I got dress and headed of to the living room to wait after debating with myself for a while about weather or not I should even go trough with this, I mean the man did say I shouldn't go. All the more reason I should, the man already control every aspect of my life I couldn't let him  have the little freedom I do have to the list too.

I sat waiting for David to arrive but when I got to the living room the nanny walk in with a small smile curving her lips .

"miss, Mr. David have been waiting on you for the last fifteen minutes. but i didnt respond right away and she asked, Is something wrong?" she asked cocking an eyebrow towards me. I looked down at my watch to see its 7:23 pm. I quickly walk to the front only to see him standing there looking like he has been there for a while.

Fuck fuck fuck. The man looked like something to be eaten. He was dressed in casual wear, a black jeans that hugged his ass and a white button down shirt in which the two first button was undone and a leather jacket. His body made the simple pieces of cloth look like they were made by the gods just for him. Fuck wipe the fuck drool from you mouth dummy. Its been way to long since you've been with a man . i thought to myself.

"You don't look bad yourself. very amazing if i do say so myself" I looked up to see a smirk on David face and It made me blush like a little school girl.

"um umm thanks" I said as I felt the blood rush to my face and made it red hot.

"you look beautiful Beth, real beautiful." I thought if he continued complimenting me I wouldn't come back with a face since it would get burn off from all the blushing. It was nice, the feeling was beyond what i could explain. I have never really had something like this before. someone who seemed to only have eyes for me, if its even just for a moment and it felt good.
