Gravity Falls 21st century

Dipper, Mabel, Grenda, and Candy gathered at the front of the Mystery Shack, engrossed in a small science project. Their focus was on a remarkable screen with the extraordinary ability to peer into any location, time, future, or multiverse.

This screen was as big as any old fashion metal portal; like a giant window to peer into the sights of other worlds.

"Dipper the thought of finding different worlds is so fantastic!" Mabel squealed, "Do you think we'll find a universe where Waffles have muscled arms and legs that can walk and talk?!"

"It's a possibility!" Her brother answered, "Who knows what we'll find!"

"To think other places to see besides the future!" Candy exclaimed "Since we visited Colossus and all her spectacular friends in her time to see the amazing future I have wondered about other awesome worlds,"

"I know what you mean! Since I have encountered my own evil counterpart from another universe it's made me more curious about what's out there!" Dipper agreed holding the blueprints in one hand.

"This project can't be completed without the help of all you!" Dipper exclaimed, gripping a wrench tightly in the other.

"Besides, it's refreshing to spend time with people my own age, actual humans!" Dipper added, a hint of relief in his voice.

Mabel couldn't resist her mischievous nature. "So, has Jewel been bothering you ever since she became your girlfriend?" she asked with a knowing smile.

Dipper sighed, fully aware of the implications. "Yeah, she has. She's been on my case ever since the Summer Love Dance," he confessed while diligently repairing the side of the project.

"Ever since you held hands with-" Grenda, on the verge of mentioning something, was swiftly interrupted by Dipper's plea.

"DON'T say it! I don't want to hear it! I would never!" he protested, unwilling to acknowledge the fact that he had held hands with Colossus.

The mere thought of that happening made him shudder in disgust; they're supposed to be rivals and they did something so intimate as if they didn't despise each other's guts. He wants so badly to deny it and pretend it never happened.

Seeking to redirect the conversation, Dipper continued his work. "Anyway, ever since you-know-what happened, Jewel has been insanely jealous, just like her brother. In fact, Jacob even tried to attack me after that night!" Dipper shuddered involuntarily as he tightened the wrench.

Taking a moment to appreciate the present, Dipper's tone shifted. "But right now, it's nice to hang out with my friends. I wouldn't trade this moment for anything," he confessed, his smile genuine and heartfelt.

Grenda, curious about the significance of their friendship, couldn't help but inquire. "Does our friendship really mean that much to you?"

"Absolutely, Grenda! We're like the four musketeers! You guys are my true friends," Dipper affirmed, finally flipping the switch on the machine. "There we go! It's working!" he exclaimed.

The screen started showing out of reach places to where they could explore new horizons; see which universes would be safe to explore, what the people are like and which places that are begging to be discovered.

Filled with excitement, Mabel chimed in, "We can see anything, anywhere, anytime!"

"Let's explore what we can find," Dipper said, adjusting the dial to unveil different worlds.

In the first world, they discovered a society of space beings dressed in regal attire. "There's the alien planet that almost kidnapped our Grunkle!"

Turning the dial again, a second world emerged - the Reverse Universe, where Gideon and Pacifica's counterparts were embarking on a typical Gravity Falls adventure. "Look, it's the Reverse Universe!"
