Third Person Pov
The sound of an alarm clock ringing filled the chilly dark room. Groaning at the noise, the red eyed teen grabbed it, throwing the alarm clock across the room shattering it into tiny little pieces.
With that, he sighed contentedly before dozing off to sleep once more.
...
"Ryos! Get up this instant! You're gonna be late!" Cassandra hissed under her breathe, shoving the black curtains away as the sunlight flooded the insides of the room.
Stomping her feet towards the bed, she grabbed the fluffy black sheets before tossing it away revealing her seventeen year old son curled up in the bed, his face buried in a white pillow.
She grabbed his shoulders and started shaking him awake. Her son wasn't really a morning person and it takes various attempts to wake him up in the morning. He hated mornings or any form of sunlight. "Ryos!"
Sighing when he hadn't bulge, she decided to unleash her secret weapon that can surely make him submit.
"If you get up, I promise I'll let you have a chocolate cake once you go home"
At the mention of the sweet treat, his closed eyes popped open revealing his crimson eye that he inherited from his father. That never failed to get him up. Cassandra thought, giggling at how adorable her son was.
What irked Cassandra is the mischievous smirk playing at her child's lips. "I'm going to take a bath" he got up the bed, ruffling his messy charcoal locks and heading straight on the bathroom.
He stopped at the frame of the door. "I'm Rogue. Stop calling me Ryos, mom"
Cassandra smiled.
"Whatever you say, Ryos"
"Mom!"
...
Walking out on the bathroom fresh and clean, Rogue slid his uniform consisting of white button up long sleeve shirt, grey colored pants, black cotton sleeveless sweater and a red necktie with white vertical stripes. He also slipped a pair of black socks.
Gathering the paperwork on his study table, he easily slid it on his backpack and headed downstairs for a hearty meal. Well, hopefully.
Eyes scanning the area, he found his Father, Skiadrum Cheney sitting on the dining table, a newspaper in hand and his Mother preparing something in the kitchen counter.
The black haired teen didn't bother to sit on the table and just grabbed a piece of buttered bread, placing it between his lips as he pulled out a small box of chocolate milk drink from the refrigerator.
"Sweetie, you shouldn't skip breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day, remember?" Cassandra, his mother scolded before placing a mug of coffee in front of her husband who smiled at her in appreciation.
Rogue snorted. "I know Mom but I don't want to be late" he grabbed his bento and stuffed it inside his bag. He slipped his shoes as he went towards his mother, placing a quick kiss on her left cheek. "I'm leaving"
Cassandra sighed and watched her son interact with his Father. "See you later, Dad"
Skiadrum chuckled. "Five minutes left. Good Luck on school kiddo"
