━ If you are an author, I'm just telling you right now, a super long form isn't such a great idea.
Quality is better than quantity.
I really think forms don't need the "What was your reaction when you first met" or the "love interest personality" is needed.
To be fully honest, authors are the ones who (should) figure it out. I once wrote that on a form and I didn't even go back to read it. It's too much work, especially if you're caught up with school or work.
The appliers themselves do not want to fill that out which is why they sometimes look half hearted.
Longer forms get really annoying, and it's better to have what you really need.
Plus short forms look really appealing, I don't know about y'all. When I see a short form I am like yes this is what I want. I 100% want to apply.
However, y'all 1000000% need it, go ahead. You aren't limited to not including it.)
(If you're one who's worried about the fact that you're readers will not like you're writing, I assure you: you are not entitled to think like that. It's your plot. Unless you actually ask for readers opinions, otherwise you're fine.)
