Chapter Twenty-Nine: Jaehee's Mom

*Jaehee's mom Pov*

I regret everything. I just want my Chan Ri back, I don't want her as Jaehee I want her as Chan Ri. I'm regretting everything, I can't believe Leila would bully Chan Ri like that, and Chan Ri couldn't tell me. I'm a horrible mother, I've left Chan Ri all alone all these years. And I see her again and she is already married! 

It's so obvious that my dear Chan Ri hates me, she always hated her name, and my ex-husband and I always told her that her name was beautiful. But now she has gotten rid of that name. But I love Chan Ri as Chan Ri, and not as Jaehee. 

I really want my Chan Ri back, I don't want Chan Ri to resent me her entire life, I want to be Chan Ri's mother again. I want to care for her, I want to love Chan Ri. But I've thrown it all, I let Chan Ri get the wrong idea of me, and I left her like that, of course, she would hate me. And then again I can't hate her either....I just wish I was a better mother instead of making Chan Ri feel alone all the time. 

That night when I arrived back at the hotel I was staying at, I saw Leila and my husband waiting for me. "I'm back" I smiled, "where did you go?" My husband asked, "I just looked around" I replied, "you were looking around...At 3 am" My husband replied. "Yeah~~ I heard that they have magnificent views at 3 am" I smiled.

"Alright then" He replied definitely not convinced by my explanation. "Oh yeah~~ Appa...I heard Chan Ri got married" said Leila, "Chan Ri?" he asked. "Yeah! She goes by Jaehee now, and she's married to a man by the name of Jeon Jungkook. He's a Kpop idol" Leila replied.

"Kpop idol?" I asked, "yeah let me show you" Leila smiled. As Leila grabbed her phone and showed me the photo of Chan Ri and Jungkook's wedding. I was surprised, this was the man I was talking to just twenty minutes ago. 

"He's from a band named BTS" Leila continued, "and he's the youngest member," said Leila. "Really now?" my husband asked. "Yeah dad" Leila replied. 

"Well now~~ Let's head back up to our room, we're going back to Korea tomorrow" my husband smiled. 

Tomorrow I will find a way, to find Chan Ri and apologize to her, I will not rest until Chan Ri forgives me.

*End of Jaehee's mother's Pov*

Later that night, Jaehee definitely felt that Jungkook was acting weird, and she knew it was because of that phone call. Jungkook started to try to ask Jaehee if she hated her, and of course, Jaehee did. Jaehee's mother did horrible things to Jaehee, and Jaehee was going to hate her mother until her mother dies. Well that was what Jaehee thought.

But Jaehee also felt guilty, her mother was drunk, and she didn't know what was going on. But at the same time, Jaehee's mother left her father and married the man she had an affair with. She cannot be forgiven.

Well that was what Jaehee or Chan Ri thought.
