I'm going around the house making that we have everything "clothes check , diapers check, wife... WHERES MY WIFE ....PENNY" I called " WHAT" she yelled back I followed her voice to our guest room to find her sitting putting eyeliner on " babe what are you doing" I leaned against the door " making sure our baby knows her mommy is fabulous" she said she began holding her breath as she placed the black liquid along her eye to a point " how are you feeling" I asked " on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 2 which is why I'm getting my mug together... and you can get the crust out ya eyes baby" she said I raised a brow but noticed I looked tired in fact I haven't even brushed my teeth so I took her advice got myself together as if it was a normal morning in the Boseman household
After an hour penny finished her makeup put on a sweat suit we made our way to the car , as I helped her inside she immediately began to cry " baby what's wrong" I asked " I love you so much baby oh so much" I leaned over to kiss her lips wiping away her tears " the thought I'm having a baby with the woman I love" my voice chocked up " god made you for me for us to make this baby" I leaned down to kiss her belly " let's get you too the hospital" I said closing her door, I got to my side got in starting the car we drove to the hospital
Once we arrived we checked Penny in. We changed her into her hospital gown " my what beautiful ass you got there" I said I was met with a slap on the arm I let out a chuckle
Penny climbed her way onto the bed , the nurses administered epidural Penny let out a small moan I let her lean on me for a bit "'your doing great" I encouraged " I want a kiss" she said I cupped her face giving her tiny kisses
"OH MY BABY" a familiar voice who so happened to be Pennys mother " hey mama" penny said " how are you feeling" she asked "scared" penny answered truthfully " awwww I can't believe it my baby is about to have a baby" she squealed
Behind her everyone else from my parents and siblings and Pennys dad and her sister came in . " hey sis you look horrible" said Sadie " same for you" clapback Penny who by now is sweating. Pennys mother grabbed a napkin to dab her forehead.
We sat and waited those who were parents in the room sharing stories of their child birth experience " when I was pregnant with Sadie ,Penny was 9 and my husband was at work , I was middle of a dream I remember I sat straight up" said Pennys mom " I woke up penny who was right next to me told her to get her shoes on , I called my husband to meet us at the hospital, now the whole time I was calm no panic what so ever .i loaded penny in the car we drove to the hospital meeting my husband there." She said
" once we got settled in I remember looking at Penny I realized she put on this pair of shoes that were too little" I watched as penny rolled her eyes in embarrassment as the room filled with laughter " I said Penny those shoes are too little , she said Mommy you said get dressed" the room laughed again then penny groaned
Beads of sweat began to form on her head " I think it's time" Pennys mom dabbed the sweat I pressed the button to alert the doctor.

I never Knew I could love so much until this day I gave birth to you. I never knew someone so little could make the whole world stop, I never knew you father could melt into your tiny arms when he laid his eyes on your tiny brown face. I never knew that I would hate that baby cap the doctors placed on your head hiding your beautiful head full of velvet curls and coils of hair.
I knew I was scared when I was pregnant with you that's only because I didn't think I was strong enough like I wasn't before, but you made me strong , fearless, and hopeful.
