Welcome om the Hogwarts Express; part two

Will POV

After a while, Harry, Rose and I found a compartment. I tried to act as if I belonged here, but to be honest, I've never been a great actor. I did get to know Rose and Harry a little better though.

"So, what's next?" Rose asked Harry. H He looked confused. "What do you mean?" He asked. "I mean what do we do after we get in. I mean obviously not all of us are gonna be sorted into Gryffindor, so we need a plan, right?" She said. "Yeah, well I suppose we talk about that later, with everyone there. I think we'll make up a better plan with Hermione and Luna around. They really seem to be the brains here" I said. Rose laughed. Or at least it sounded like that. It was somewhere in between giggling and chuckling.

It was kinda cute though. I liked her. Don't get me wrong, I don't like like her, I just like her as a friend. It felt like we'd become close. Although, I didn't really have it on cats. They hate me. Like anytime I come close, they just hiss at me. Like I did something wrong. So don't judge me for not liking them. Maybe Rose herself will even hate me because she's like, I don't know, half cat or something.

"So... What do we do now? I'm kinda bored." Harry said. "No offence" he added quickly. "Well, you're the wizard here. Why don't you tell us about the magical world?" I proposed. "Uhm... okay, sure" He said. "Where should I start?" "I don't know, do you guys do anything with animals or something?" Rose asked before I could open my mouth. "Well you have animagus's," Harry said. "Animagus's?" I asked. "They are wizards who can turn in to one specific animal. A cat, or bird. You're born with it, as far as I know." "So is it normal or rare?" she said. "I don't know, but it's not the most common thing on earth" He responded. "But would people like freak out if they saw that person transform" "No, maybe if they didn't know about it, but trust me, there's weirder things in the wizarding world."

Rose smiled. I looked out the window at the beautiful landscape while the other tree wizards got back in to the compartment. Rose waved her hand in front of my eyes. "Hello, Earth to Will" she spoke. "Ehm... yeah. Sorry. What is it?" She smiled. "The train just stopped" she said. "Okay, well let's go then." I said. I looked around. "Where's Harry?" I asked. "He said he'd meet us on the platform" "Okay, well let's go than" I said. I opened the door for Rose. "Ladies first" I said. She smiled and walked through the compartment door. She walked further and I closed the door behind us. "Which way?" She asked. "How am I supposed to know, I was half asleep" She laughed. "Well, left?" she spoke. "Sure"

We stepped out of the train on the platform where Harry, Hermione, Ron, Sadie and Luna were already waiting for us. "Have you seen Alex and Hazel?" Hermione asked. She looked panicked. "No, is something wrong?" Rose asked. "Well, Hermione says she hasn't seen them in more than half an hour and we're beginning to wory" Luna spoke. Rose's face clearly showed that she was worried. She wasn't the best person at hiding her feelings. Not that it mattered. I was pretty sure you could read the same look at my face, just a little less intense. Perhaps she'd lost someone or something. But it wasn't for me to ask about it. "What the Hades is taking them so long?" I said "What if someone like knocked them out or something" Luna added. "Thanks for the brightning thoughts, Luna. Now we all feel better" Sadie said sarcastically. "Should we go back inside to check?" I asked. "I suppose" Harry responded. "Well, some people have to stay here. So who goes in?" Hermione said. "I'll go" Rose said. The girl was quite determinded. "I'll come with you" Sadie said. "Isn't more logical if we send in a wizard, a demigod and a magician" Hermione said. "Makes sense to me" I said. "Okay fine, so Rose goes. But who go more? Luna or Will?" "You go" I told Luna. She clearly wanted to. "I'll go as well" Hermione said. Nobody said otherwise. Hermione knew no doubt the most magic of them all. Well except for Sadie maybe, but Hermione would use it best. No offence towards the British girl, she just didn't seem like someone to trust with very important things, but perhaps that was just me.

"Good luck"  I said. "And don't take too long. Try to get off the train before it leaves" Harry added. "Relax, we're not idiots" Rose told him. Another outburst of sass. I could Sadie was stopping herself from stating a sacrastic comment. "I guess we'll see you in a few minutes." Sadie said. "I guess so" Luna said and the three girls walked into the train.
