To be honest, I've hated that Kat and I are fighting. She's started sleeping in Sky's room, and avoiding me as much as she can.

I've been sleeping alone, and I'm always really cold. I miss her.

Today we're going to group together and figure out what we're gonna do. Dear God I hope this works out.

This is a disaster.

Ray isn't looking at Calum, and it must hurt considering she's been crushing on him for a while now, and Calum is looking at her like a lost puppy.

Sky is ignoring everyone who's not on her side, including Luke, and he's been crying. A lot.

Rian has spent a lot of her time cuddled into a ball, pouting and crying. I can tell she's thinking about Ashton, but he's not talking to her.

And me, I've been sad. And Kat has been going about her business as if I'm not here.

Finally, I manage to get their attention.

"Guys, this is bullshit. We're best friends, not enemies. We need to come to a decision."

Kat looks up at me, guilt in her eyes, and stands up.

"Michael's right. So, um, each of you, pair up with someone on the other side, go into a room, and talk. Just talk. Talk about your feelings, I guess. Talk about what you think is wrong with this situation. Go!" She barks out the last part, and everyone scrambles to get into a room.

The two of is end up going around, locking everyone in their rooms, and then we end up in our own.

She turns to me and slides down the wall until she's sitting in the fetal position.

"Mikey..."

"No, Kat," I cut her off. "This isn't your fault. I want to protect you. That's why I want to go after your damned uncle. I don't want anything else happen to you after what your dad did. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if you got killed on my. I love you too much to let that happen."

I crouch down to her level and she looks at me, tears brimming in her eyes.

"God I love you Michael," she says and hugs me, wrapping her arms around my neck tightly.

"I love you too Kitty. I'm so sorry." I said while using her childhood nickname.

I nuzzle my face into her neck, leaving little kisses up to her jaw. She giggles and pulls away from me.

"Lets go check on everyone else, okay babe?" I nod and stand up, extending my hand for her to grab and I pull her up, cuddling her into my chest.
