Location: Somewhere in the Jungles of Guadalcanal
Name: Sergeant Dan Evan, 1st Marine Division
Age: 19
As Dan and the rest of the marines walked along through the jungle we listen for anything out of the ordinary. Of course we had to keep our guard up in order not to be caught off guard by the enemy. I griped my M1 Grand Rifle tightly to be ready for any thing that would occur at any moment. We then stopped for a rest and I sat down near a tree next to my buddy David.
"How long till you think the Japs will give little piece of rock and just let us have it we have been fighting them for the past 5 months." Dan asked.
"I don't know Dan, but I do know we have been encountering them much less now and I think they have been trying to evacuate their troops away." David replied. "Our job is to force them off this island so we can keep it for good."
"I just hope it ends soon, because after this I we have to move to another island to do the exactly the same thing again." Dan said as he looked up in the sky to see 2 F4F Wildcats fly over.
"Hey, it could be a lot worse." David said trying to cheer up Dan as he lit a cigarette. Then the group heard "ooooppppffffff!!!" and then looked ahead and saw a pile of dust kicked up by a unknown cause and the voiced sounded like it belonged to a young girl.
First girl to land on the ground then a blonde followed then a white hair girl and a black hair girl. However the landings of the group picked up some much dirt dust that the Marines couldn't see the group that well. Then a few of them creeped closer to get a better look at them. Then they heard voices coming from the direction of where the mystery girls were.
"Ugh.. Weiss I thought you knew what you were doing!" a young girl voice said.
"Of course I knew what I was doing you dolt!" the girl named Weiss said.
"Well I think you added a bit too much to the Mixture." another voice said. As the Marines were just a few feet away the dust cleared and there was a group of 4 young girls 3 of them looked about 17 or 18 while the little red hood one looked 15. The group still had not noticed the marines not far from them until the black haired one noticed them.
"Uh guys I think we have company." she said as she pointed toward the group of marines. The girls then got their weapons out and pointed them at the unknown military men in front of them and some of them looked shocked to see the weapons they had and the marines drew their rifles and submachine guns at the girls ready to fight but it never Happened. Instead one of them slowly came towards them.
"Hey no need to start a fight here we already have enough problems as it is." the marine said to the Four girls. Then the girl in the red stepped forward a little bit as she put her scythe away on her back.
"who are you soldiers?" She asked.
"I'm Sergeant Dan Evans, 1st Marine Division of the United stated Marine Corps." Dan said to the girl as he stuck his hand out for a hand shake.
"My name is Ruby Rose a Huntress in training from Beacon Academy." Ruby said as she took Dan's hand and shook it.
"Beacon Academy?" Dan said with a confused look. "Never heard of it before."
"You never heard of Beacon academy before?" the white haired girl asked. "Have you all been living under a rock or something?"
"Is how you should talk to me miss..?" Dan said.
"Weiss Schnee of the Schnee dust company." Weiss said while putting her Myrtenaster on her hip.
"Well I can't I have heard of the Schnee dust company before either." Dan said while still having a confused look.
"Where are we exactly?" The blonde girl asked.
"Your on Guadalcanal Blondie." Dan said. "a small spec of land in the Solomon islands."
"Where on Remnant is that exactly?" The blonde asked. "My name is Yang Xiao Long by the way and this Blake Belladonna." Yang said as she patted Blake on the back.
"Remnant?" Dan said confused. "You mean earth right?" The four girls looked at each other in confusion as they were trying to figure out what Dan had said to them. "Look it's not safe out here to talk well take you 4 to Henderson Field where it is safe."
"Give us just a moment please." Ruby said as she and her team huddled up and as Dan watched them make their decision it only took them a few seconds before... "Alright well come with you, but you better explain where we are and what is going on."
"Sure thing, just stick with us and well take you straight to Henderson Field." Dan said. "Alright, everyone stay put until I come back!" Then Dan and David started escorting the 4 girls to Henderson Field through the jungle. Then quickly Ruby ran up next to Dan and David and said
"Those weapons look cool can I see them?" Ruby said as she looked at them with the Marines having confused looks on their faces.
