Cass has always been a piece of work. From the first day that I laid eyes on that little girl, I knew that we would grow to be close. I was surprised to find out that she wasn't supernatural like Cora and me, which is why, I guess, I'm closer and more protective over her. She has the brightest smile that could light a room. And oh God, she's so stubborn. She'll do anything to get her way. I feel that she lost herself when mom died, when she thought that Peter had died. I lost my family but Cass lost her backbone. She was so young, so was Cora I suppose, but Cora has always been strong and will minded. Cass grew up more open and giving. Maybe that's why she needed me more than Cora did. Maybe that's why I was so surprised that she wanted to get emancipated, instead of having me take care of her. I figured that we would still be close, live next to each other, but she grew away from me. And then she met Liam.
Oh God, I begged her not to go out with him. He was to affiliated with Scott and the pack, and after all she was, is just a human. I don't know what she saw in him, but man that guy was the light of her life. I was skeptical, he had just lost a girlfriend, Hayden I think her name was, and he was lost. But, he made my sister happy, and she makes me happy. Things were going so well between them, the love they had was more than anything I've seen in the world. And then she met Chase.
